SUBJECT DISCUSSION ACTION FOLLOW-UP MEETING CALLED TO ORDER PUBLIC INPUT AGENDA ITEMS The Lee County Trauma Services District Board of Directors Meeting was CALLED TO ORDER at 1:48 p.m. by, Sanford Cohen, M.D., Board Chairman. TRAUMA DISTRICT MINUTES TRAUMA DISTRICT FINANCIALS Dr. Cohen asked for approval of the Trauma District minutes Ben Spence presented the YTD Trauma District Financials A motion was made by Therese Everly to approve the Trauma District minutes. The motion was seconded by David Collins and it carried with no opposition. A motion was made by David Collins to accept the Trauma District Financials. The motion was seconded by Nancy McGovern and it carried with no opposition. OPERATIONS REPORT Dr. Cohen asked for acceptance of the Operations Report A motion was made by Chris Hansen to accept the Operations Report. The motion was seconded by David Collins and it carried with no opposition. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE ON TRAUMA Sally Jackson presented the Legislative Update on Trauma. OTHER ITEMS None at this time NEXT REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING The date of the next meeting of the Lee County Trauma Services District Board of Directors is on Thursday, February 11, 2016, *1:00pm, in the Gulf Coast Medical Center, Medical Office Building, Board of Directors Boardroom. *(Meeting concurrent with the Lee Memorial Health System Meeting) ADJOURNMENT The Lee County Trauma Services District Board of Directors meeting was ADJOURNED at 2:12 p.m. by, Sanford Cohen, M.D., Board Chairman.
