6 . Reading Materials - Print form Teaching Methods The students will be provided printed modules of materials prepared by GTU. The s are prepared by subject experts and will cover the detailed syllabi, suggested readings of books and titles.. Web support The modules will also be available on the website. The web site will have periodic updates and will have guest columns from the subject experts. The website will be on a password basis free of cost to the enrolled candidates. The learners can interact with subject guides through Contact Classes GTU will organize days contact classes once in a month preferably on & Sunday. IPR Faculty from GTU as well as experts of IPR from other institutes and corporate will conduct the classes. Exam Pattern There will be exam at the end of 6 months of the course. One paper theory..00 marks (40 marks MCQ) One practical paper...00 marks At the end of months, there will be exam once again. One paper theory..00 marks (40 marks MCQ) One practical paper...00 marks Note ) Minimum passing mark for any subject is 40% and in total minimum 50% including practical component. ) It is necessary to attend minimum 75% contact classes during each semester, without which candidate will not be allowed to appear in the exam. 3) If due to any of the reason, candidate could not appear in end semester exam, then he/she can appear in remedial exam conducted during next semester.
