SUBJECT DISCUSSION ACTION FOLLOW-UP MEETING CALLED TO ORDER The Lee County Trauma Services District Board of Directors Meeting was CALLED TO ORDER at 1:32 p.m. by, Sanford Cohen, M.D., Board Chairman. PUBLIC INPUT AGENDA ITEMS CONSENT AGENDA None at this time. Dr. Cohen asked for approval of the Consent Agenda consisting of: A. Trauma District Minutes of November 5, 20 B. Trauma District Financials A motion was made by Chris Hansen to approve the Consent Agenda consisting of: A. Trauma District Minutes of November 5, 20 B. Trauma District Financials The motion was seconded by Therese Everly and it carried with no opposition. OPERATIONS REPORT Dr. Cohen asked for acceptance of the Operations Report A motion was made by Chris Hansen to accept the Operations Report. The motion was seconded by Nancy McGovern and it carried with no opposition. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE ON TRAUMA Sally Jackson presented the Legislative Update on Trauma. OTHER ITEMS None at this time.
