Tracy Bullied Tracy had been bullied in school and she was also bullied by her siblings. She continued to be troubled. She was very timid when we began. I listened as she told me what had been going on for her and the many ways that these things continued to affect her. So, what we are looking to adjust is only one thing: The way that your brain has been reading data, particularly stored data, and it's been reading data and then causing feelings, which are designed to make you do things about things that aren't happening. Now, if the data clump is stored, and something happens in realtime that has any kind of similarity, then this thing buzzes up more. So, let's say that you have a sweet, red-headed girlfriend, and you introduce her to me, but she looks like this gal that used to just make fun of me in fourth grade, and so when I meet her, I might not even remember the girl in fourth grade. But I say to you, "I'm sure she is sweet, but do me a favor, don't bring her here. I just was so nervous when she was in the room." A data glug. Does that make sense? We want that avocado pit down there with the rice, so that I can enjoy your friend for who she is, not for who somebody else is who's not even in existence in my life. So, if we could get a... If we could create a visual that would be representing the problematic way that the data has been getting read, that's been causing feelings that you've recognized haven't been advantageous. So, this is not representing anything that happened, or even anything you've been feeling. It's representing what we're gonna fix, which is a data clog. So if we could get a visual for the data clog, and let's think of an abstract design, modern art, somebody says, "What's it look like?" You say, "It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen." It's a design. We want a design representing the clog. Would it be for you, more like dim, dark, dreary, or would it be more like harsh, glaring? Or would it be more like, jagged or murky? What would it look like? I don't know. Probably somewhere between. I want you to see it in your mind's eye. Does it have color or just shade? Color and shade. You got it. Bingo! We're done with that. So, let me tell you what I'm looking at for you. These guys got a new rifle, and they've gone out in the field to practice with it. And the way they're practicing is, they're trying to shoot down this cloud. It's a nice, puffy, white cloud, and they're trying to shoot it to the ground. And you're watching these guys do that, and one thing you are not worried about is the cloud. You're thinking, "These dodos probably will never hit it, and if they hit it, so what? Because the cloud will never entertain the bullet. Bullet will go [swoosh]. " T Page 1 of 16

So down the road, there are these other guys. And these yahoos built themselves this big wooden catapult that's designed to fire thoughts into birds. They're looking up at this soaring eagle, beautiful eagle soaring in the sky, and they're trying to put some stupid thoughts into that eagle, so they load up the first thought that says, "It's your own fault that you're hungry". And they try to fire it up into the eagle. And, you know what you're not worried about? That eagle because you're figuring, "that stupid thought wouldn't hang out in an eagle any longer than a bullet would hang out in a cloud. Because eagle is only going to entertain what has real value and possibility. If it doesn't have both, [swoosh]. Now they are trying another one. It would have been better if you were a sparrow. Here s another. It s not fair that there are not more rabbits. Here comes one more. Maybe next Thursday, there won't be enough rabbits. You can never get any preoccupying thought to be entertained by an eagle. And so, I'm seeing what, at the highest level, we're intending for you. I'm seeing you where mind has cleared, updated, rebooted, so that unless it has value for you, it just doesn't get entertained. And so, 100% of your power is available. For most people, there's some preoccupation going on, either they're thinking about it, or it's going on underneath. Like when my word processor slows down, it's supposed to be faster than me, not slower than me. You push E and then wait, then finally it says "E". We're not getting much progress. So, you know what I did? I asked an eight-year-old. I said, "What's the matter with this thing?" He said, "Well, dude, you got this other stuff running in the background." I said, "I didn't know that!" He said, "Well, then I guess you don't need that. Here." All of it's gone, he gives it back to me. Now the thing is faster than me instead of slower than me. So, that's what we do is just get the programs running in the background to no longer run, and all we gotta do is get the more primitive part of your mind to know what you already know. It's not that you really need to learn anything. It's about getting this deeper part to get what this part already has. Makes some sense? Okay. So, our minds are so responsive to symbols. Let's make up a way of representing what we're looking at for you, with your mind clear, updated, refreshed, and rebooted, working fine. Let's represent it with wild bird, wild animal, something from night sky, something from nature, you pick. What would it be? This is for where we're heading. A sunflower. Wow! I love it. So we've got the perfect symbol for your brain to respond to. And just, to think sunflower, in and of itself, begins to bring mind toward that. It shows it what to do. A flag doesn't represent colored cloth. It represents some other kind of concept we now have, sunflower it's the flag for where things are heading for T Page 2 of 16

you. Does that sound okay? With that, you see our energy comes together because you and I have the same intention, the same purpose, we're paddling in the same canoe here. We even have the same destination. Have you ever been on a canoe with somebody else? Isn't it good when you both are in agreement on where you are going? It's not pretty when you're not, right? We have agreement. We're in the same canoe. We have agreement, our energy is coming together. I'd like to show you a couple of things with energy. Would that be okay? Okay. Here's what will happen. I'm going to adjust your hand, indicate a spot. You'll look at the spot. I'll talk to you for a few seconds. Then I'll say, "Close your eyes," then I'll talk to you for a few more seconds, then I'll say "Open your eyes", and I'll say, "Hey, what did you notice during those few seconds?" And you'll tell me. Okay. Now, you write with your right?. Okay, so slide in a little so I can reach your arm. Good. Put your arm like I have mine. So, watch how my hand falls, but my arm doesn't. You do that. I'm gonna to adjust it to here, and you look here. Laser in on that spot. There is a vibration. The vibration is constant. Although, the vibration is constant, awareness of the vibration is not constant. Next, close your eyes. Your eyes are closed. You can't see your hand, but you know exactly where it is. Then open your eyes and rest your arm and tell me. What did you notice in terms of thought during those few seconds? That my hand was still there. So, perfect focus, perfect focus. Yay! Hand goes like this. Okay, like this. No, like this. Stop that! [Laughter] Play nice. Here we go, alright. Looks like this... Uh-oh, here comes the wacko part. Like this, and then like this. Look here. Don't look away. My hand is here. You see it at the corner of your eye. I pretend, I imagine that there's a cloud of energy between our hands like a force field, and I imagine that I can begin to feel it with the front of my hand and the front of my T Page 3 of 16

fingers. Now you just close your eyes. Now with your eyes closed, you're just gonna imagine that you can feel a force, an energy with the front of your hand, with the front of your fingers. And then your eyes rest, closed more, as you remember that I mentioned that there's a vibration, and you'll remember that I mentioned that the vibration is constant, but our awareness of that vibration is not constant. You'll also, perhaps, notice, though, a movement that's different from constant, like a twitch, a jump, a jerk, and you realize that what is occasional or intermittent, isn't the same as what is continuous and ongoing. So you understand how these things are different. But your other mind, your inner mind understands how, at another level, those things are actually the same, and you would tell anyone that no matter when you look at the surface of the ocean, that you see movement, and point out that movement is therefore continuous. But you also would know that it changes, and that it can become more intense, and that it can become much more intense. The movements through your hand or your fingers had become more and more prominent. And you'll remember that I mentioned that you'll understand how what is continuing is different from the movements that go on from time to time. But that on another level, you get it, that on that other level, they're the same because you know that you're not purposely causing the vibration, and you know that you're not purposely causing the movements. So, neither kind of movement is happening on purpose, and therefore, you're not doing anything consciously to control the movement. And since you're not consciously controlling it, you get it that that movement is directed, therefore, not by your conscious mind, but by your inner mind; your other mind, your subconscious mind, or your unconscious mind. And already, we know that your inner mind, your subconscious mind is not just powerful. We know that your mind is also wonderfully responsive when treated with respect. Sure, people like to be liked, but you respond immediately to genuine respect. Every facet of your mind; inner mind, outer mind, higher mind, deeper mind, every part of your mind, conscious, unconscious, deeper-conscious, higher-conscious, responds to respect. Notice even when I say the word, that the movements of your hand have become more intense and more definite because right away, your inner mind is letting us know that, yes, that it s actually the case, and that mind certainly does respond to respect, and our combined interest in this transformation is based on mutual respect. Now, each process we engage in will build on the one before because you know for a fact that one thing builds on another. And you know a bunch of things about learning. You know that as we become more familiar with things, that they get easier, and that then it's easier, easier to do them even more easily. It's really about becoming more familiar. And you know that as things are repeated, we get more familiar. And if you get more familiar with this process of hearing me talking with your eyes closed with each passing moment, and that's why each one builds on the one before. So, just know that next time, even more of a response. Next time, even more, appreciate your mind for responding in the wonderful way that it has and know that it responds to appreciation, 'cause you respond to appreciation. When it's appreciation and respect together, you respond quite well T Page 4 of 16

to that, and your mind, at every level, responds to that. So, since each time builds on the time before, next time it's even better, even bigger, even faster, you just take your time, your own time, and when you're ready, you just rest your hand and your arm back down. And then, again, you open your eyes. So, what did you notice in terms of thought in those few moments? Well, I still felt all the energy. Yeah, yeah And that was really it, wasn't it? So that's perfect. We are already ahead of schedule. Does it make some sense? We're moving forward, we're even moving ahead. Yes, and look here at that spot. I'm gonna put fingers on your wrist. I'm gonna try to pull your arm toward me, and you're not gonna let me. You're gonna show me how strong you are. That's it, really strong. And then I'm gonna release your arm. You close your eyes. With your eyes closed, you know exactly where your hand is. And I'm gonna tap the back of the hand twice. You're gonna notice the energy in the hand. And then as you notice the energy in that hand, that's it, and the way it's moving on its own. I'm gonna tap the palm of the hand once, and you're gonna look right at the spot that I just touched. Open your eyes, look at that spot. And out of the corner of your eye, you're gonna see that, indeed, your hand is responding, movement is happening. You don't look directly at it, you see it out of the corner of your eye. And it's interesting to notice that your fingers, as they move, and your hand as it moves, is moving in little twitch, jump, jerk, so you couldn't consciously, purposely cause, nobody could ever, and that your hand is beginning to move in a particular direction, as if it's being drawn in closer to you. Closer to you. And as all that continues to happen, since your eyes are blinking a whole lot, go ahead and close your eyes. Your eyes are closed, and you know that as they're closed, they're resting. And as in continuous movement and seems to be drawn in, that's it, like that pinky is drawn in closer, closer to your face. As your finger, your hand is drawn in closer. There it goes to your face. I'd like you to wonder. Just wonder. Yes, because you're not controlling your hand. You're not controlling your fingers. So you can begin to wonder how your hand will continue moving toward your face. You can wonder the pathway, you can wonder the speed, you can wonder how it will continue to happen. And as you are curious about it, that's it, it goes from curiosity to guessing, and then it goes from guessing to predicting. And then a particular way, it will change... It will continue moving. It can come to mind. And as it comes to mind, notice that your mind's response increases, that the fingers continue to move in a very different way than anybody could consciously, or on purpose, move them. And, while that's happening, and you're guessing how that will continue, and you're hearing not just my voice, but lots of other sounds, T Page 5 of 16

and realizing that as fingers continue being drawn forward, that means you hear other sounds, you're hearing them quite clearly. Then as you hear the sounds and my voice, and your hand continues to respond and move, I wanna point out that as your hand continues to show us that your mind at the deepest level is responding, that there is a word that is so incredibly powerful, there it goes, so incredibly powerful that you don't need to say it out loud. But, it's so powerful that you don't even need to think about how it would sound if you were to say it out loud. It's so powerful, that all I want you to do is this: Whenever you notice any little movement in your fingers, you think about how the word would sound if you were to whisper it. So you whisper the word in your mind, not even out loud. You're whispering the word whenever there's a movement through your fingers and your hand. And the word that you whisper is "yes", so that your mind responds to you being responsive. You're being appreciative, saying "yes" in your mind each time fingers move. That's it. So it's "yes", just like that. And you certainly know that as you began doing that, the movements became much more distinct, much more definite. So we know that your wonderful mind has continued to become more and more responsive because we've added to deep respect, the power of appreciation, and you absolutely respond when someone is both respectful and appreciative. Then you're being appreciative, as your mind is causing your hand to be drawn in closer, and closer to your face, but at another level, at a deeper level, as this is going on, there's other stuff going on, because when we notice that there's movement, there's always movement happening that we don't even consciously notice. There are many reasons why somebody might not notice a movement, and one is that it's too gradual. : So this little boy knows that the grass grows, and he's sitting there doing his little boy-best to concentrate on one leaf of grass so he can catch it growing. And there's this pretty little girl who's looking at a rose bud that she absolutely knows is opening, and she so wants to catch it opening. And she knows it opens. She comes back and looks at it, and she can see it's more open, and she watches and watches and watches to see it open, but she can't seem to catch it opening. And you would explain, "You can't catch it opening, that it just keeps opening, but it's doing it so gradually. It's doing it so slowly that you can't even see it happening, but it's happening." You go away and look a little later, "Wow, look what happened to it! There's no question that it's moving." So I'd like you to know that you already know. See, just know you already know, that when there are things that you know, there are other things that you also know, and that when you're conscious of something, and see something, and are aware of something, that there's something else that you are not aware of, and that that's happening at exactly the same time. It's happening exactly the same time. And one of the things that's happening exactly the same time is your mind is already opening in order to take in, (her hand twitches) there it goes, and respond and integrate and act on that which will have benefit for you. And as all that continues, I want to tell you that there's something I'm absolutely sure of. I'm absolutely sure that as your hand is moving that all kinds of things are T Page 6 of 16

moving in bigger and bigger ways, and you're just thinking, "Yes, it does, I'm absolutely sure, as you're hearing sounds and you're hearing my voice, and your hand has energy and moves, and you think, "Yes," I'm absolutely sure that there was a time when you found a plate or a dish, something that food had been served on, but it hadn't been rinsed. And that food got stuck, and it got stuck so hard that even if you held that plate with both hands and shook with all your might, you wouldn't be able to shake it off, and you take the dry paper towels and you rubbed as hard as you possibly could that your muscles would just ache, you couldn't get it off. But you know something about changing environments. You know that when you put that same plate into hot, hot, hot, soapy, soapy, soapy water, that the whole environment is completely changed, and that things can't stay stuck. That's why you might take your hand and put it into the hot soapy water, maybe you take a sponge. Maybe you take a sponge, hold the sponge in your hand, dunk it into the sink and feel the warmth of the hot water on your hand. And then maybe you rub that sponge on the plate, but you don't have to do it with all your might, that's for sure. You don't have to do it with all your might because the environment has changed so that things just can't stay stuck. A few little wipes with that sponge, and you can pull that plate out of the water and when you do and rinse it under the faucet, you know that what you're holding in your hand is actually cleaner than brand new. You know that you wouldn't want to eat off a plate that just came from the store, but this one is cleaner than that. It's cleaner than brand new. That's it. And so, what's going on at the same time that you're hearing sounds and your hand is moving, you're hearing my voice, and you're noticing your hand doing things, and you're thinking the word, "yes", is that the environment within your mind is changing based on what we're doing together, so that stuff that was stuck can't possibly stay stuck. The data that was stuck can't possibly stay stuck even now. That's it. They've loosened up as your inner mind, that's it, is opening to take in and respond to exactly what you and I are intending together, which is all about "yes". It's increasing your power. That's what I'm thinking about. I'm thinking about you noticing... as you're just like hanging out. Maybe you're just waking up in the morning, maybe you're stepping out of the shower, realizing that somehow or other, you're just feeling incredibly powerful. Things are just so much clearer than they've ever been. And, that you notice that you've been noticing something that you've noticed before, but not like this. And what you've been noticing is green. You've been noticing. Well, if you had to explain it to somebody, you probably wouldn't bother, but how would you explain it? So you're like, "Green is greener"? And everybody'd say, "What is that person talking about? Green is greener? How does green get greener than green? What's greener than green anyway?" And you say, "Oh whatever!" Doesn't have to be explained because you know that when you notice something green, then the sunflower sometimes pops into mind, that things are getting cleared up and refreshed in ways that are just amazing for you T Page 7 of 16

In fact, what's fun is to recognize that the stuff that used to just mess with your mind, stuff that used to cause things to just go sour, doesn't work on you anymore. It's kind of fun when you find that the same thing that would have caused a whole bunch of emotional gunk doesn't work. But it's even more fun when you find that not only doesn't it work, but you couldn't even make it work. I think it would be funny if somebody did this to you. I think it would be funny if somebody put $25,000, $100 bills on the table, and then they said to you, "Well, here's a contest, young lady. You can have this $25,000 and walk out of here with it five minutes from now. All you have to do is feel really bad about things that used to make you feel really bad." That shouldn't be that hard, to feel bad about things that used to make you feel bad, and you'd get so damn frustrated, because you're trying like heck to feel bad, but this stuff doesn't make you feel bad. Can't seem to work. And you say, "Okay, let me try to remember that bullying thing. I wanna really remember the worst... Those mean, creepy people, and the mean things they said," and do your very level best because you want the money so much. And it shouldn't be that hard, I mean, it used be so easy to feel bummed. But I see you getting all kinds of frustrated, stamping your little foot, and saying, "Well, damn it, keep your old money. You guys fight on that. I don't feel bad about this stuff anymore. I lost my touch. I used to be good at it, it was pretty automatic. I just don't know how to make it work any longer." And in a few moments, you're gonna feel me touch your forehead, and what you're gonna notice is, when you feel that touch, and there it is. And then it's not... You know exactly where it was, and you know exactly how it felt. In fact, you can even feel it now. And as you feel it now, notice what that arm does, it just goes, "Uh-huh, yeah, got it, I'm with you there, guy. I absolutely know that I can feel it. Even when it's not, I know exactly where it was." And arm responds and stuff that was stuck just rinses out that dish, clean. Next time, you're gonna feel not just a touch, but tapping on your forehead, because I see where this stuff was stuck, you're gonna feel a touch, and I see where stuff, which was gobs of data galloped from that bullying stuff, 'cause that was intense and yucky, and it got stuck in your head like that goppy avocado pit was stuck in that person's drain once, and it was whether or not, the kitchen needs to be re-modeled, maybe we need to put a new ceiling. And you say, "Yeah, use that Drano here, 'cause that's all they need, but we're not gonna just use Drano, we're gonna just pop it exactly where it would get popped, so that the whole thing just pours, flows through. It's so weird, and I'm laughing thinking about you trying to explain to Mom and saying, "Well, exactly, how did he do it because I m interested. I mean, what if I have to tell somebody?" And you say, "Well, Mom, I can tell you about it, I can try to explain to stuff about the stuff about green, but it was green even before it became... It's just greener. Not only that, I'm used to people talking to me and stuff, but he's the only guy that ever hit me when I came in. He just kept clubbing me and clubbing me in the head, talking about stuff T Page 8 of 16

about washing dishes, that was most of it." She's saying, "He hit you, dear?" "Well, yeah, I mean not hard, but he did keep hitting me. He kept hitting me in the head and talking about, 'Don't I need to wash the dishes?' But that was about it. And then I thought about being bullied, and tried to get mad 'cause I wanted the money!" There's no money, not in that. You have to figure out another way of making a living other than feeling bad, 'cause that one just doesn't any longer work. Now in a moment, you're gonna feel my finger touch you wrist, and then you're gonna notice that as I begin to move your arm, that it's not that it's interesting that it moves, it's interesting how it moves, 'cause it's moving in a way that's completely different than you would know how to move it. And the movements that are happening... If somebody said to you, "Okay, since you can't feel bad, for $100, I'll give you $10,000. All you have to do is move your arm the way it was moving." And you go, "Oh boy, I'm gonna really try." And, of course, you can move your arm nice and smooth and slow, but I know one thing you can't do, and that is you can't possibly get your arm to do that, 'cause your unconscious mind is letting you know how well it's responding. In fact, it's laughing at you saying, "Yeah, you try to do that some time, see how good you are at it." Because your inner mind can do stuff that consciously, you certainly can't do, and that's why... That's why we're looking for changes that are effortless, because how many people have told you that what you've got to do is forgive, and you've got to let it go, and first, you need to forgive yourself, and then you need to love yourself, and then you need to love everybody else, and then you need to forgive everybody, and you gotta look deep inside yourself and feel all that love, and just hug yourself and love yourself. And you're thinking, "Yeah, I'm gonna get right on that. I'm gonna get right on just spending my morning, rocking back and forth, hugging myself, loving myself, and forgiving all those people that were such damn creeps." It's the most ridiculous thing ever, and guess what? You don't have to do one bit of it because this is a no-forgiveness zone. We don't allow any of it here. We don't do forgiveness. We just wash the pit down the drain, so that, frankly, you just don't give a damn about any of it, and hand can just rest. That's it. And you just conceive how next time all this happens, even faster and better, because you know stuff about learning, and you know that when you get more familiar with things, they get easier, and there's no question about that. And so, just take your time. This would be the time for you to really take your time. I'd like you to take slow, easy, self-indulgent... I'd like you to be self-indulgent, selfish, and self-centered, as you take your own, slow time to finally, finally, finally, finally, finally, gradually, and I mean slow, like a flower opening, once again, your eyes get ready to open slow. Yay. Good job. And so, again, what did you notice in terms of thought? I didn t I mean, I wasn't... Like, my hand was moving without even knowing T Page 9 of 16

It was just completely like free. Yeah, beautiful. Now, I want to show you something that's really neat. I want you to look back at the design that you saw when we began. Remember the design representing the problem? Tell me, what does it look like when you try to look at it now? More colorful. Uh-huh. How much more colorful? A lot more. A lot more colorful. You would explain to a child that a thermometer is an instrument designed to give a reading on the environment, and that when there's a different reading that it absolutely means that the environment has changed. That design was an instrument giving a reading on the internal environment regarding data read in your mind. You look at it, you see a completely different reading. You don't hope that there is a different reading. You can't hope that it's more colorful. How can I hope it's more colorful? It's more colorful. And hence, it's a measure that stuff has already happened. Now, let me show you something else. A particular thing that happened when you were getting bullied at a particular age, and I mean a particular moment of it will come to mind. Got it? Okay. And that thing happened when you were about how old? Probably 15, 16. Okay. Now, remember the thing that happened. What do you notice now as you remember it? Let's see, try to feel very depressed right now that that thing happened way back then. [Laughter] It's not happening. You're screwing that up, sweetie. You're not gonna get the money with that kind of smile. Try to feel real angry right now, 'cause they shouldn't have done that right now. Notice what happens. Try to hold the anger, try to hold the anger, try to hold the anger. Beautiful. Now, give me a headline as to what happened there. Boys or girls? Girls. Girls. One or more? One T Page 10 of 16

Okay. First name was what? Susan Susan? She said something to you that was mean? She called you a fat dumb frog. No? I mean, there's a lot. No, one time, there wasn't one time, one time, what'd she say that one time? She called me ugly and fat. Ah, okay. I want you to remember Susan then. How old was she? Same age. 15? 14 or 15? Okay. So now, I'd like you to think about 15-year-old Susan, she walks right up to you this afternoon and she says, "You're fat." What's the feeling? Do you feel threatened? You're gonna sit and have an argument with her about it? "No, I'm not. Now look at my tummy." Or are you gonna go, "Whatever, girl." Because it can't bother you any longer, okay? It was years ago, and then... About like a month or so ago, she found me through social media, and she apologized. And I just didn't say anything. I just didn't even give it the time of the day 'cause there's no point. So, when she calls you fat, it's very much like the sparrow calling the eagle fat. The eagle's going, "Oh I was having a good day, and then the sparrow came." And just...[swish] Gone. Got it? Got it. Excerpt T Page 11 of 16

Okay. So, what I need you to do is just sit up tall, like military school. Put your arm out straight in front. Good. I have my hand here. What you're gonna do in a moment, is you're going to use all your strength by gradually trying to push my arm down. While you're doing that, your eyes will be closed. And then when you feel me tap your forehead, the arm is gonna melt into liquid. So here we go. Eyes closed, gradual strength... Push, push, push, push, push, push, and it melts, melts, melts, melts, melts. So it's like there are no bones in that gal's arm. Perfect. And then I'm gonna tap the back of your hand, and I want you to notice, as it's tapped, the energy that starts to show up in that hand. Hand is just resting now on my thumb. There's energy in the hand. Notice that the thumb is starting to jump. You're not making it happen, but it's starting to jump. And there goes middle finger, and ring finger, and middle finger are lifting up. And which finger is gonna lift up next? And this is fun because you're not making it happen. It was pinky. I don't know whether that was the one you were betting on, but that's the one that happened. We add more energy with three more pats. Get ready, one, two, three. So the hand begins to rock and roll even more. Stuff is happening. You see how arm, though, is as loose as a goose, as relaxed as can be. But when you feel me tap your forehead, your neck and head melt away, your arm has melted. Think about how your head and neck, mostly your neck. I guess your head won t completely melt, but your neck is gonna get really melty, melty, melty... Get ready, get ready, get ready, and there it goes. And feel how it's just flopping, falling. No bones left in the neck, no bones left in the neck, and how stuff is just falling. And as the neck melts, as the neck melts, the shoulders... Yeah, even looser, looser, looser, looser, looser, looser, looser, looser, looser. Now, there was a whole bunch of sister and brother stuff, and what you're gonna notice is that I begin to tap. And I tap this time from your shoulder down your arm. And with each tap, a different event clears up. It's like a different thing that was stuck falls out. But what's interesting is that you can't consciously, possibly keep up with it, but your unconscious mind keeps up with all of it, and clears one thing after another. First, I'm going ask your unconscious, not you but your unconscious mind, about how many events, altogether, how many incidents involving brothers and sisters might have happened from the time you were just at the earliest possible age, all the way up 'til the latest possible age. And I'm gonna start with saying, "Was it more than 10?" And if there were more than 10, your mind will signal us by just lifting one of the fingers up. So, here we go. Was it more than 10 things that happened, that caused stuff to get stuck? And then there it goes. And let's say a more realistic number, 'cause your unconscious is saying, "This is such a dumb question, I'm not even putting much energy into the answer. I'll give you a kind of a little bit of a finger movement from that, but don't be stupid, dude." So, was it more than 1,000, was it more than 1,000 events? Your unconscious mind can count them all up, and lift that finger up for "yes", or down for "no". Was it more than 1,000? And that's a down, so we know it's under 1,000 and it's more than 10. It's under 1,000 and it's more than T Page 12 of 16

Your mind knows what they are, they're all data globs, and they're all about to fall out as I tap, and you can try to keep up with the taps, like there's one thing that happened. Got it? There's that one thing that happened, but watch your conscious mind try to keep up with this. Come on, each one is one. Don't let me get that far ahead of you. Each one is one, they're falling out, they're falling out, they're falling out, they're falling out, they're falling out, they're falling out... "But after he punched me in the forehead, then he started knocking around my arms. It was just the craziest thing, but stuff just kept falling out of my head. He was talking about eagles, so I think it had to do with the sparrow, like an eagle was too fat. Then the sparrow tried to push the eagle down the stairs, and I wasn't any longer feeling any negative effect from junk because it's just cleared, refreshed, cleared, and light. And, come on, see, it's just that stuff. Notice how stuff releases that you didn't even know was there? And you still don't know it was there, but you're gonna know it when it's gone. You are definitely knowing when it's gone because you're gonna find that there's no way to control it, that this smile keeps leakin' out of your face. It just keeps like, "What the heck is going on with that smile leaking out of my face all the time?" Big breath in and out hard. Big breath in and out harder. Big breath in and out real slow. And then, tell me what you notice now when you look back at the thing that became more colorful, now what's happened with it? It's colorful. It's... How colorful now? Which is... What was that? I don't see the dark side anymore. What... What did you say? [Chuckle] I feel like lighter. Here, say, "" Say it. Then say it twice as loud. And twice as loud T Page 13 of 16

And twice as loud. And like you're a cheerleader. And you want your team to win. They're gonna lose if you don't yell. They're absolutely losing. Every kid is gonna hate you. I don't see the dark anymore! There it is! Big breath in, and out, eyes closed, locked, shut, locked, shut, and now you just whisper it. "" [Whispering] That's it. Like it's the best secret in town. "I don't see the dark anymore!" Come on! There it is. "I can't see it when my eyes are closed." I can't see it when my eyes are closed. "And I sure can't see it when my eyes are open." I can't see it when my eyes are open. And then, once again, when you are ready, your eyes can open. Yay! So, did we get to what...you're, by the way, fun for me to work with because you're attentive, amazingly focused, able to lock into things, and... Is that the way you were thinking about yourself, by the way? Somebody who's like very, very focused, and easily focuses, and is like A+ at concentration? I didn't think I was good at that T Page 14 of 16

Well, how many times did your mind wander? Not that much. I would have thought I would have more, but... And guess how much time do you figure has passed since we sat down? An hour? Like about an hour, wouldn't you say? I mean, if it was an hour and 15 minutes, that would be a significant distortion of time, because you guessed an hour. An hour, that would mean a whole 15 minutes disappeared. That would be a lot, right? But if it was an hour and 30 minutes, that would mean even much more time just disappeared, which happens when somebody is really good at, guess what? Focus. Yeah, focus. So we started at about 10:15, yes? (I show her the clock and she sees that two hours have passed) Oh, wow. Oh my gosh. That's what happened because your brain has been tuned to be completely focused because there were preoccupying distractions. Wow, that's amazing. And they're gone. Got it? Is there anything we didn't get to that you wanted to go over with me today? I feel so much better. I'm so glad. I feel lighter, actually. I can tell you that the girl who walked in a couple of hours ago was very pretty, but she didn't look much like you. Thank you. I feel better. I do, I really do. I'm so glad. Because I know this isn't like therapy-therapy, but like that stuff... I feel like I always just walked out of the same like, or the same stuff, and I never knew what to do to like, get it all out and... So this is... They meant well, but they didn't have the tools that work. What are you looking to do with your life, career-wise? I'm in school, majoring in Psychology, actually, for right now T Page 15 of 16

Because I'm seeing this stuff come out of you that's showing me you as a healer, and... I don't know. You could tell me this is stupid, but I'm seeing teenage girls... I've always... Because of I guess my mom's gonna say too, like just being through high school, and like having such a bad time through my teens... And I got that right? And she's always... I'm seeing you with teenage girls, and they're like... Oh, and you're trying to connect with this one gal, and the first thing she says is, "How would you know? Did you read an article?" Exactly, yeah. And you just look at her and she sees your eyes and she gets it. "Oh my goodness, she gets it." And there you are connecting and lifting, and clearing all kinds of people, and the difference is you're doing it like this. How would that be? Like this fast [claps], and this clear [claps and whoosh]. I feel like it's just a great feeling to help someone, so... I work in a day care center, so I love younger kids, and... Yeah, I bet you're great at that. I always related to kids and teens, so... And I love the psychology a lot. I see it happening, yeah, yeah, yeah. You're gonna be great at that stuff. Thank you. I appreciate that. I mean, I could see when you walked in, I said, there's a light, there's a really bright light. And then I said, there's a really bright light, but there's a lampshade. Now it's off. [Chuckle] There's no longer any lampshade. So, congratulations on being an incredibly fast learner with a super ability to concentrate and focus. And with the feeling of lightness and energy, you've got that made T Page 16 of 16
