2 Create Your Winning Offer A lucrative launch begins with the winning offer. It s hard to create a successful launch if you don t have a winning offer for your product that matches the needs of your target market. You have to know that your product is solving a real problem that buyers are willing to pay you to solve for them. Not just a problem you think they have. You cannot have a successful launch if you are providing one thing but your audience is looking for something else. One of the best questions to ask someone that is a potential customers for your product: What is the one thing you are struggling with? This gives you the exact answer you are looking for. Whether you create a survey, send an , chat with them on the phone you want an answer to this question from them. Do Market Research The best way to find out what your potential customer s needs are, is to ASK! Here are a few ways you can do a little market research. Review Coaching Notes One of the best places to find a need for a product is to review how you are currently working 1:1 with clients. Are there issues that continue to come up with each and every client? Would creating a product or group coaching program help to solve this need, while allowing you to help more?

3 Questions to ask past clients or customers: What changes would most improve my { insert product or service name }? What did you like most about { insert product or service name }? What changes would most improve? Overall are you satisfied with { insert product or service name }? When going through { insert product or service name } was there anything frustrating that you wish was easier or different? Social Media Groups Do you belong to any Social Media Groups on Facebook or LinkedIn that have your ideal customer in them? If so, ask for a little help by posting about your product idea or some questions that would help you create your product. Create a Survey Creating a survey that you post on your blog, send to your list, share on your social networks, and any place else you belong is a fabulous way to do market research. You can make it anonymous so people are really honest with you about their needs. You can Survey Monkey or Google Forms to create this.

4 Chat 1:1 with Potential Customers This definitely takes more time than the other three options but it gives you the opportunity to get personal, honest feedback. Offer a small number of people the opportunity to go through your program for FREE in exchange for feedback. Before you create the product, get them on the phone and talk to them about their needs and your product. See if it looks like it is going to be a Winning Offer. Allow them to go through the entire product for free in exchange for their time, helping you, and a raving testimonial (because they are going to love the product).

5 Technology Tools to Create Your Product Thanks to technology, creating your product doesn t have to be complicated or expensive. Each of these tools I have used for myself or with clients in launches. Logo Design You don t have to let your lack of graphic design skills hold you back! 99designs.com This site guarantees that you will love the design. Not many graphic designers offer that up for you! The way that 99designs.com works is you create a workup of what you are looking for in your design by answering some questions on their site. You then pick the level that works best for your business. After that step, the fun begins! Your graphics become a design contest where you pick the winner! I ve seen some awesome creations come out of 99designs.com.

6 upwork.com Did you see my fancy video intro on my videos? That was created thanks to upwork.com! I set the budget and had others bid on my project. It was a great process but I did spend a lot of time researching out each individual and their work. Using designers on this site can help you solve all of your graphic needs. Build a relationship with them for future projects. Graphic Design Done by You Do you want to take a stab at customizing your own images? First, find your images and then customize them! Where to Find Images Adding images to your documents will help engage the reader, it will also break up the text making it easier to read. My first choice in finding great images is Creative Market. You can also check out Dreamstime, istock Photos, & Fotolia. PicMonkey You can do so much with this one tool. It makes editing images uber easy, even though I m Photoshop trained, I still use PicMonkey to edit photos.

7 Canva Another cool tool that allows you to pretend that you might have some graphic design skills after all! Great for creating social images, PDF documents, flyers, and so much more!

8 Create PDFs & Ebooks Did you know that you probably already have the exact program on your computer to put together PDFs like this one and ebooks? Microsoft Word or Pages for Mac Utilize Microsoft Word or Pages for a Mac to format the content. Insert images and use text boxes to beautify it! PowerPoint or Keynote Another cool tool to use to beautify your documents is PowerPoint or Keynote. Create customized slides that are horizontal with combined text and images. Canva Mentioned in the section before, Canva is a great tool that you should definitely have in your back pocket. Great for designing just about any type of graphics your business needs. TinyPDF for Windows If you are working on a Windows machine you will need to download a PDF converter. This takes your Word document and converts it into the PDF that you will share with the world. pdf995.com Works with the same idea of taking your documents and converting them into a beautiful pdf.

9 PDF Printer for Mac If you are working on a Mac, you already have what you need to convert your documents or presentations into a PDF document. Simply go to File Print PDF. Create Audio Audio Acrobat Record audios effortlessly with this product by calling into a phone number. No fancy equipment needed. Simple. Easy. Done. There are more features to this product that you must check out if you are looking for simplicity. Get it from Amazon Prime in 2 days and be on your way to recording professional, high-quality audio.

10 The Microphone on your Earbuds You can also use your headphones from your iphone, they have a build in microphone that works great, just be sure not to move your hands a bunch, it will pic up on the microphone. Record Video Stop waiting around for the budget for that expensive video equipment. Begin now. Glif Tripod Attachment for iphone This handy little contraption is about $20 and can be ordered through Amazon as well. Universal Smart Phone or Tablet Tripod Attachment Go to Amazon and search for whichever option you are looking for. Test the quality of video and upload a test video from your device before recording the real deal. PromptSmart App for ipad Really want to make some kick-ass videos? Scripting them out ahead of time helps you record a better quality and content video. I love to use PromptSmart for ipad when recording my videos, it is guided to move by your voice as you read. Using the Tablet Tripod Attachment helps you create your own teleprompter!

11 Video Presentations Want to create savvy presentations paired with your voice? Or would you like to offer specific tutorials by recording your screen and audio? Check out the magic behind making them. You might be surprised how easy it actually is. PowerPoint or Keynote or Prezi We are using these presentation programs differently than mentioned above. You are going to create an animated presentation that you will play on your screen while recording it. Jing / SnagIt A fabulous solution to capture your screen regardless if you are on Windows or a Mac! Screen-O-Metic Install a plugin quickly and record it straight from the internet. Easy. Simple.
