1 Champagne Supernova (full tab) Words & Music: Noel Gallagher (Oasis) Wow. I wish I knew the name of this tabber to give credit where it is due. This version has both the intricate guitar parts and accurate chords, if you just want to strum along. Notes from the tabber: "There's a whole lot of stuff going on in this song (including 3 guitars), so I've tried to transcribe everything. The 1st guitar (Bonehead) is acoustic-sounding during all verses and the 1st chorus and plays with distortion only during the 2nd & 3rd choruses, the bridges, and musical interlude. The second guitar (Noel) plays the intro solo and the fills during all the verses and pre-choruses with a muffled effect, and plays little solo parts with a dirtysounding distortion. The 3rd guitar (Paul Weller, I believe) steps in with a cleaner but heavier distortion to play the guitar solo during the musical interlude." Standard tuning - Chords used: Asus2 (x02200) [NOT: will be listed #1 for short in solo parts] Asus2/G (3x2200) [NOT: will be listed #2...] (2x2200) [NOT: will be listed #3...] Asus2/ (0x2200) [NOT: will be listed #4...] A (x02220) [NOT: will be listed #1b...] G (3x0033) [NOT: will be listed #2b...] F#m6 (2x022x) [NOT: will be listed #3b...] (022100) (355433) [NOT: will be listed #5b...] A2 (577655) D (xx0232) F2 (133211) [NOT: will be listed #4b...] Tab for the chord progression used throughout each verse and the first chorus: Asus2 Asus2/G Asus2/ e B G D A [NOT: Use this rhythm & chord progression for all verses and the first chorus] Tab Key: s = slide / = long downward slide b = bend (5b6 means bend the string at the 5th fret to make the note the string would make at the 6th fret with no bend) r = release bend (H) = harmonic h = hammer on p = pull off ^ = let note ring while making the note "vibrate" In the following places where "Riff 1" is listed, play this: B G-9h h h h h h h h
