1 Don Tetto Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Don Tetto is composed of four talented and passionate rock musicians that came together six years ago while the members were still in high school. Diego, Jaime V., Jaime M., and Carlos grew up listening to a variety of music and this, combined with their diverse personalities, is what they credit for their unique sound. 2 Femi Tabu Femi Tabu is a quintet whose members come from all over the world but were united through their passion for rock & roll. Pamela, Jessica, Andre, Andrew and Orbel roots come from Colombia, Argentina, Iran and Armenia and all credit their musical upbringings as the reason they now play music. Femi Tabu came about thanks to a series of online ads and connections. The band started 3 years ago and have developed a major following in their native Los Angeles. 3 Vinyl Soul Los Angeles-based Vinyl Soul credits their diverse backgrounds as a major influence in their musical quest to blend many musical genres that produce a unique sound. Flamenco, hip-hop, and bolero are just a few of the styles that find their way into the band s music. Together, they say they are driven by the universal appeal of their music across languages and cultures that can reach out to a person s soul. Every member has their own influences s when we bring it all together, it becomes this fusion that at times has been hard to categorize.

4 Origen Group Origen is composed of four band members delivering edgy, Spanish pop-rock sounds to audiences in Miami. Mirs, Hector, Antonio and Ruben are influenced by their origins that include Venezuela, Ecuador and Mexico. Mirs, Ruben and Antonio met in middle school, formed a band in high school, later adding Hector as the final piece. Origen has been playing together for three years. Mirs, lead vocals Hector, guitars Ruben, bass Antonio, drums Miami, Florida High school, except for Hector who came later When you fuse our influences, origins and personalities you naturally get Origen's fresh style. And most importantly we find this style fun to play U2, Mana, Bon Jovi, Camila, Rocio Durcal, Guns N' Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Police, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Soda Stereo, Gustavo Cerati, Shakira, Ricardo Arjona, Los Pericos

5 Una Via With roots in Ecuador and Colombia, Una Via is the only finalist in the competition representing New York City. Brothers Johnny and Leonel are the third generation musicians and Juan Pablo, Mauricio and Jorge started their musical careers playing in folkloric groups, church and even the U.S. Army band. Formed in 2002, the band credits their love for classic rock for bringing them together.
