3 Recorder Resource List hmp:// simple- songs- recorder.html This website tells you how to hold the recorder and what the first few notes are. It also provides you with the notes for 3 songs: Three Blind Mice, Mary Had a LiMle Lamb, and Merrily We Roll Along. hmp:// recorder_training.php This interaccve finguring chart is totally adorable and will interest the younger students, it will be really neat to use on the smartboard. This fingering chart also plays the note when you click on it. hmp:// cfinger.html This website has an interaccve fingering chart that shows the note on the piano and where the notes coordinate on the recorder. It is for the older students. I wish that it played the notes when you clicked on them, but that is the only downside to this chart. hmp:// Awesome resource for recorder, it has pracccally everything for recorder except pop songs and the like. It has fingering charts, and gives troubleshoocng cps. It s a very good teacher resource. hmp:// Recorders- Recorders1.lyons?source=VWWRWX This website has a trove of recorders for sale in bulk for a moderate price. I parccularly like the colored ones because it makes everything more fun and vibrant.

If you can think of it, someone on here has figured out the chords and tabs for it. The site not only has mulcple choices for playing just about anything, it is wrimen in mulcple keys by different people, and if you find an arrangement you like but want it in a different key, it will transpose it for you for free! It is a brilliant place to look for free guitar music for pracccally any song. hmp:// This page has easy, recognizable children s songs, that consist of easy chords that the kids can play. It would be a good resource for early music classes to sing along with, and for the older children, this would be a good sing and play. free- printable- guitar- chord- chart.html This website has a few of the most basic and most used guitar chords used and a few trouble- shoocng cps for beginners, a nice handy tool for an easy reference. hmp://guitarlessons.webmelon.com.au/lessons/ openchords.php The thing I like most about this website is that it shows the hand posicons for 7 chords, even though I would have liked to see more chords on this page, this one clearly showed hand posicons for reference if the students needed it. hmp://guitar.about.com/od/acousccguitar/tp/ top5acousccs.htm This website lists and describes the best types of accouscc guitars for beginners. The best thing about this website is that it takes you to a Buy Direct link that gives you a price or a price range. A good quality instrument is an investment, so it all depends on what you are willing to pay for a quality instrument. The best thing about these top listed is that they are actually all under $500, which is nice.
