1 -Picking A Game Changing Niche Market -Building A Money List Of Targeted People -Steps To Just Get Cash Flow Coming In -Reaching The Elusive Just Get Traffic Phase! By Eric Louviere

2 Specific Knowledge I ve talked to you all about specific knowledge and how this is the biggest key to success there is. You have to go get the specific knowledge with the intention of using it to earn money with (JSB!) I ve also spoken to you about your mindset and inner-game and how 90% of this business is pure confidence and self-worth. You have to go through an inner transformation about money, be worthy of that big money, and by using specific knowledge you can easily do this. With specific knowledge, you start to uncover a problem to solve (a big problem to solve). Well, this is where you start to nail-down your targeted niche market. If I m going to help people who have the problem/desire of saving their marriage then I m going to develop specific knowledge to help them.

3 Unique abilities People are grouped into common categories for me. Some are tactile or tactical. They are hands-on and have to have their hands on things. They like to manage the stuff and make it happen. More analytical Others are managerial. They like to manage stuff. Not as much wanting to do it themselves with hands-on like above, but more liking to coordinate, choreograph, orchestrate, conduct, manage, delegate, steward manage projects these are managers. Vision people, sales, animated, gunslingers, not too organized, not too structured, not so focused, but rainmakers, money producers, innovators, movers and shakers. Not like the above. Take a vision/sales type person and stick them in a managerial role and fahhget about it. Same with other types. Know thyself! Remember, self-worth! Animals Personalities/types Strengths and weaknesses. What do people comment about you? What are you good at, or have a unique ability to do? What do you keep getting better at? Time slips away when you do this. You love it and would do it for free. You are pulled to it. Figure this out.

4 Niche Market and sub-niche markets Now, it s time to uncover your niche market. Many have been at this for over 6 years and still have no niche market. Clients struggle with this. This is the market you will share lots of useful content with. Free content ( s, posts, social media, reports, interviews, podcasts, blogs, etc) Paid content (products, etc.) Specific Knowledge and Unique Ability match. I m good at helping parents to become better parents. I m more managerial in nature, more like an OWL This creates longterm success. 10 years from now, you re still making big money helping parents in some way or another.

6 Main Niche Market:?? Parenting? Marriages? People changing careers? Baby Boomers Investing? MLMers? IMers? Finding Mr. Right? Who is your main targeted person you want to help? See yourself 5 years from now and see yourself as a guru expert who are you helping? You are on stage, who are you helping?

33 Spend 4 hours picking a niche and sub-niche. Parenting (niche) Sub-niche (development) Gather up a ton of content/nuggets/insights from free sites like: YouTube EzineArticles.com ehow.com others

36 Pick your best niche by tomorrow! Do not delay another week. 24 hours max. Just pick the niche and commit to it and rock forward. You have the rest of your life to pick a different niche later on. People go years without picking a niche and are still trying to pick the absolute perfect niche of all niches in the galaxy 6 years later. Pick it and move forward.

37 Market to demographics! (LOUVIERE LAW!) What do mom s also want to buy? Health Weight loss Stress busting Yoga and comfort Pampering Accessories and clothes Vacations, wine, kitchen stuff, mom hacks, etc. Child development, education, tutoring, etc. Investments, finances, security, insurance, etc.

38 An arsenal of content (content is king kong!) Borrow from magazine titles, articles, advertisements Borrow from books, table of contents, chapters, etc. Borrow from sales pages and sales videos Borrow from articles and videos Borrow from existing products and courses Get the specialized knowledge and then take it and throw it out there constantly to the market.

39 Use A Great Hook! (Borrow and tweak it) Parenting is the niche. We are targeting parents demographic. Mission 1: Get them on a subscriber list. Capture their address at minimum. Give, give, sell. Give, give, sell. Sell, sell, give, give, sell, sell, sell, give, give, give. Give = give free nuggets Sell = promote an offer (much more on that later, slick methods, the fun stuff!)

42 If I m starting over from scratch and going for six figures fast: I figure out what my niche market is. I figure out what my strengths and weaknesses are for sure. who am I and what do I want to become? I figure out who I am targeting (demographics) and what their desire/problem is I m solving. Focus, focus, focus on this! This is where the big and longterm money is at! I invest 10 hours in research and thinking time in the above. Here s mine: My niche: Income Growth My target sub-niche: Experts Who Want To Get To The Next Level! Earn Much More, Work Way Less! Perfect Customer Avatar: Client who get s it and has specialized knowledge and wants to sell high ticket programs to his/ her market and drastically raise his/her game! To earn more and work way less. Problem: Stuck at same level, frustrated, burned out, wants more, spinning wheels. Solution: (for me would be my own offer, but for speed, can be someone else s offer, affiliate offer that solves that problem)

43 Next is the squeeze page: Everything I do needs to be directed towards building a captured audience. An list of subscribers who are all experts or online marketers who want to go to that next abundant level (stuck at 100k for years wants 500k). A following on Facebook and Twitter and YT. A direct mail list to mail letters and marketing materials too. A list of affiliates to JV promote with. It all goes to the squeeze page(s)

44 Traffic Social media Other Squeeze page Money! $$$$$

45 Once I have the squeeze page Then I focus on give, give, sell give, give, sell. Post on FB (give) Post on Twitter (give) Send to list with nuggets (give) Next post on FB (sell or light sell) Next post on Twitter (sell) Next (sell) Then repeat (give, give, give, sell) Keep mixing it up.

46 Just focus on traffic then! Most in this market never truly get to where they just focus on traffic and conversions. Most are too busy in prep-work dabbling with lots of different stuff busy work, learning, etc. They never even get to the POINT where traffic is a must because they still are stuck on step one or two (pick a niche). The quicker you get to the traffic phase, the quicker you ll actually be in the game!
