1 Schedule as Follows: 11am - 12pm: Meet MONAT 12-1pm: Lunch on own 1-4pm: Market Partner training (below) NOTE: You can charge Market Partners but NOT Guests, guests should always be free. 4 Steps to Success 1. Plan (Events) 2. Invite (Guests) 3. Share (Dare to Succeed) 4. Duplicate Personal Development is the foundation of everything you do, it cannot be an afterthought. Personal Development must be scheduled into daily activities. Your paycheck will only increase at the rate that you personally develop yourself. Personal Development Activity: Audience participation, asking everyone to imagine their perfect Market Partner and what attributes and personality traits they would have (This is the market partner that would have them shouting gratitude from the rooftops!) and write the audience s answers on a whiteboard or flipchart. Once the audience responses slow down, ask them which of these traits they themselves have and which ones they need to work on. Remind them that nobody is all of these all the time, but that it is important to spend time each day looking at the list and identifying which trait they would like to be working on critical to their success Introduction: Your goal as a Monat entrepreneur is to become independent from your upline as soon as possible. You all are independent entrepreneurs working for the same company, offering the same products and the same business opportunity.the variable is YOU! How do you promote your business? Keep it super simple, follow the basics step (plan, invite, share, duplicate) How many people do you talk to? How many hours per week do you put into your business? The effort and time you put into your business will determine your success. Are you remaining coachable? Mark down on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest).

2 Step 1 - Plan Your First 72 Hours 1. Do not post on social media until after your launch 2. Take pictures at your launch to use for future social media posts 3. Book a date for your Social Meet MONAT Launch and hold within your first 7 days. Use Dare To Succeed with your upline which is a MUST so you can take advantage of third-party validation 4. Start your guest list: Who are your family, friends, co-workers who know, like and trust you reference the Jump Start Workbook (pages 4 & 5) 5. Invite guests to your launch NOTE: Your upline should have a future tentative date so guests can invite to the next event this should not be shared until night of launch. 6. If they cannot make your launch then book: a. one-on-one s b. Send a Dare to Succeed video which could be a live recording of your upline 7. Complete the 1st Module in Market Partner Academy and print the certificate Plan Your Future Business The Next 72 Hours Set Targets - What are your Why s Part 1 Your Small/Immediate Why List Get your family and loved ones to share their WHY s with you which will get them to support you in achieving yours. a. Create a list of all the little things you wanted (ie. new car or fix current car, new clothes, ipad, house keeper, etc.) b. Cross off your achievements c. Always keep adding to your list Part 2 Your Big/Future Why List (Emotional/Financial/Social) a. Create your ultimate DREAM list (ie. pay off student debt, purchase a home, care for aging parents, medical bills, replacing lost income, work from home, university tuition, travel the world or plan for retirement, etc.) Part 3 SMART Start Goals a. What size cheque do you want in month one? (make it realistic, it can grow over time) b. Determine mindset for all-out massive action to create momentum

3 Your List: Who do you know Long Term Business Evolving List 1. Create a list of everyone you know 18+ years old 2. Identify your list - start with: A = People like you, want a business or want more from life. Open-minded. B = People who are dissatisfied with work, boss, not having enough time or money. C = People who are happy with their job but want more. More money for travel, more time for their family, buy a house etc. All others on the list. Use FORM below to learn if they are an A, B, C 3. Sort Sort the list WITH YOUR NEW MP - go through the ABC s: Sort first all the A s, then move on to all the B s, then all the C s. Once you have your list sorted, review all of A-C and narrow the list down to the top 10 people Now you are left with where to start inviting people to look at the business or to become a VIP/Customer Once you contact the first 5 move, on to the next 5 then move on to all the A, B, C, and D s using the Invite Scripts below All your others - now you can start contacting them and use FORM to help you determine if they are an A,B, or C; see below ADD - Your Living List. This is your life line of Evolving Contacts 1. Keep adding to this list with FORM - see below. 2. As you meet new people, strike up conversations using FORM to talk to them. This is your way to learn if they are an A,B or C. Then you approach them 2 weeks later with the script below. 3. For people you do not know; you meet them while you are out and about, simply use FORM to open up a conversation to determine how to approach them. How - F.O.R.M Family, Occupation, Recreation, things that Matter 1. The FORM is used to determine if someone is an A, B, or C. 2. Once determined if they are an A, B, or C, you know how to approach them. If they are an A, B, or C and for business then a suggested waiting time for people you know, but not well, is about 2 weeks If you do not know them at all, exchange names and phone numbers and also wait 2 weeks

4 Step 2 - Invite The invitation is to set a time to introduce our products and company only; this is neither the time nor the place to share the Monat information. Use FORM to invite your COLD and WARM market to: 1. Your launch 2. One-on-one 3. Video long distance or can t meet up 4. Meet MONAT event Script for A-C above, these are people who know, like and trust you. Hi Angela, I m just running out the door but a while back you told me you were not happy with your job. Were you joking around or were you serious? Angela said she was serious. Me, Well I think I found something that might help you but I don t have the time to share today. Can you meet tomorrow at 1pm for a 15 min coffee? Or for long distance - If I send you a quick video will you watch it now? Always personalize invitations, DO NOT send out Mass Evites/FaceBook Event invites to your lists. Step 3 - Share Dare to Succeed Flow (Intro and Conclude with this so that your guests know that sorting themselves is critical) Script: As I read this sheet we call Dare to Succeed, please think about 3 ways that you may see Monat fitting into your life: Choose to be a customer and purchase our products at full retail Choose to be a VIP customer, with all our perks and benefits and earn your products for FREE by referring others Choose to be a Market Partner if you re interested in starting your own business and working towards earning an income. Plan - First 72 hours book their Launch, then Why s & List & Goals 2. Invite 1-on-1 / Meet MONAT / video / 3-way 3. Share Dare to Succeed 4. Duplicate - Show (not tell) others how to do it. Lead the way! Goal is to do a launch in person or to long distance leads, a video conference on Dare to Succeed. Build a SMART Start Block Build a MONATborhood Your personal goal should be to get to MMP as quickly as possible, help others to get to MMP, help your MMP s get to MMB. All of the above can be done using the SMART Start Roadmap.

8 VIP Program: Explain 3 & Thank You: I will help you share with 3 people to get your products for free Share benefits of the VIP program Convert your VIPs into MPs Meeting Etiquette Fun activity to try: Invite everyone to stand up again and ask them these questions to offer a door prize or round of applause for the last person standing: 1. Who brought a notebook? 2. Who has taken more than two pages of notes today? 3. Who introduced themselves to at least one stranger here today? 4. Who brought a guest with them this morning? 5. Who signed up a new Market Partner today? Then do the same activity again. Have everyone stand up again and ask just this one question. Who has not touched their phone during the entire presentation? Usually, most would sit down - applaud those who are still standing. Meeting Etiquette Tips: 1. Notebook or binder is a must. Taking notes whether you re new or established Lead by example, your newbie will do what you do We all learn something new at every session, so come with an open mind 2. Smile all the time, we want a happy and inviting circle, be what you want to see. 3. No cell phone. 4. Pay attention and be respectful of those speaking. One day it will be you and you could get nervous. 5. Do not talk during the presentation, it is rude and distracting to others (NOTE: if someone starts talking during your presentation, pause and explain that you are going to wait for their attention again). 6. Focus: be a leader, show that you want to learn from everyone and anyone. 7. Dress for success. Show up at every function (live or virtual) dressed as a business owner. WE work for a hair company, make sure your hair looks great.

9 How to treat guests and new people: SUPER SATURDAY TRAINING Arrive early so they are not there without you. Know who is going to be presenting and speaking, make sure to introduce your guests to them; explain speakers name and rank.
