To help you, the following are instructions on how to hold a group facial: Opening, Body, and Close. I believe this will help you customize your parties, making it and your flip chart your very own! ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS (This page does not go in the flip chart itself) 1) Print out all the pages. Cut them out to fit the flip chart page along the light grey lines, making sure to cut off the right side, so it does not cover the pictures that show you what they re seeing on the front side. (I also have this Flip Chart saved in Publisher so you can revise it.) 2) On front of Flip Chart: (Tip: Use photo quality/glossy paper. It looks more professional) Inside Front Cover: Hostess Plan (Page 1 should be facing you) Page 5: I tape my current Star Prize I m going for and my Seminar Goal/Prize. I like to cover the whole page with pink card stock and then paste my pictures on that. Once a quarter, you change your Star Prize picture and if it gets too messy, it s easy to replace it with a new sheet of card stock.

I ll use the Computer analyses for you like I did for (hostess). She ll be using the Brush Set and has both liners & gloss to complete her Look. I ll also use the Mineral Highlighting and Bronzing Powder on her which gives you this gorgeous glow! Now you guys will skip the extras tonight just to save time. At your Personal Makeover Session (pass bag) I ll TEACH you how to do your makeup which is another big difference between MK and the makeup counters at the mall is you will know the next day HOW to re-create this look again b/c I ll leave this little map behind for you. (the create-a-look application tips)! Check out my before and after pictures! *I glue pictures of my before and after pictures to the page of the flip chart that the guests see. I pass out the clear zip bags of Mascara with applicators, I pass out a clear zip bag of all our lip gloss colors (explain not to put directly on lips) and I pass out cream eye colors for the guests to sample. The guests sample the above products while I work with the Hostess on her personal glamour makeover.

18 Page 16 Now it s time for COMPLIMENT TIME - You guys are going to love this. I d love to see what each of you loves about the other s looks. So let s start with (quietest person). What do you love about her look? During compliment time, start with the quietest person so the loud ones are the talkers. The FIRST one sets the TONE FOR THE REST. You want them selling each other on what they like about each other s looks. It takes YOU out of it. Also, you always want to comment on her SKIN if you can sincerely compliment her on that. Bring it back to SKIN CARE if possible & appropriate. Ok what about (so and so, till everyone has had a chance)..

19 Playing the Deserted Island GAME at your parties will help you get the GUEST LIST which will also ensure the party holds! At end of group facial, after compliment time say, OK, now we have one more game to play imagine you were stuck on a deserted island and suddenly a man is going to rescue you! And you can only select one color item (like a lip gloss, eye shadow, mascara) that you could put on real quick before he sees you what would that item be? And write it in the cloud. And if you tell me what you wrote down, I ll give you a ticket! Ok, well, I m going to give you the opportunity to take home that item for free tonight! While we were here, you probably thought you know so & so would have really loved being here or so & so just really deserves some pampering right now she s so stressed out..or so & so just loves makeup and this would have been right up her ally. So grab your cell phones & I m going to give you a couple minutes to write down names & cell # s of your favorite girlfriends, family, etc. & what I ll do is offer them this very same facial & makeover we did today & I ll even give them a gift card IN YOUR HONOR (I pay for it, but it s a gift from you). I do my Girlfriend Appts on Weekdays or Saturdays, so on the back of your profile card, also write down which time generally works best for you (2 choices) Also most people like to share their 2nd appt with a few girlfriends, so also write down, I can do a smaller group like 3-5 or larger groups like 6-8 so write down what size you d prefer, 3-5 or 6-8? Finally, you heard about my big goal of..and one of the things I need to do to achieve that goal is to get the opinion of women this month about the MK opportunity & I ll even be happy to give you any one color item at half price as a big thank you for giving me your opinion. So write down the one color item you d like at half price and a Yes if you d be willing to give me your opinion of the MK opportunity, no thanks, or maybe. How does your skin feel? 2) Sell the Product - What part of the Miracle Set did you like the best? Show me your 4 most favorite sets that you wrote on the back of your profile card! Start customizing the sets and then say, These 4 sets makes up our Princess Roll Up Bag...is that where you would like to start tonight? If no, say, Well you know your situation better than I do, so as I was going thru the sets tonight, which ones did you get most excited about that you d like to take home with you tonight? Any individual items? (like eye makeup remover, mascara) 3) Book the Follow-up Appointment - I do my follow-up appointments and personal glamour makeover appointments on Monday s, Wednesday s and Saturday s, I see you wrote down any reason we couldn t put down this for your follow up facial? - Just stare at your date book and don t say anything! Book her appointment and then say. - You know, is there any reason why you wouldn t want to share our time together with a few friends? I see you d prefer to share your appt with 3-5 friends, I think we d have a ball! Plus it would put me in the position to offer you a ton of free stuff? 4) Coach your Hostess - Give her a Hostess Packet and explain how she can earn free product. - Say, All I need from you is a guest list. You want to just use these folks? (point to Desert Island game) Anyone you want to add? (ask her to explain who each person is I takes notes right on the sheet) you can also add I know, why don t you just grab your cell phone & sit over there and fill out your girlfriends names & cell # s and then that part will already be out of the way? Then I can go ahead and give you your 1/2 price item! Then say, Do you mind if I send you an confirmation for this appointment?
