1 Key Figures in the Civil War Abraham Lincoln, Clara Barton, Ulysses S. Grant, Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, & Stonewall Jackson Choiceboard assignment, Fakebook profiles, Histagram app, & graphic organizers for each key figure Created by Funky Fresh Firsties
2 Civil War Choice Board Directions: You must choose 3 of the activities from the choice board to complete {color in your 3 choices lightly}. Be sure to be creative and give 100%. Using the Fakebook template provided by your teacher, fill in missing information for your key figure. Be creative! Write a journal entry from the point of view of one of the key figures in the Civil War. You must include the date and at least one important event. Create a political cartoon that shows a particular point of view (either Confederate or Union). Write about how life today would be different if the Union had not been victorious. Create a recruitment poster for either the Confederate or Union side. Create a timeline and include at least 4 battles from the Civil War. Create an acrostic poem with the words CIVIL WAR Create a Powerpoint presentation on one of the key figures of the Civil War. Your presentation should have at least 5 slides. Using the template provided by your teacher, create a photo collage of Histagram pictures that may have been taken during the Civil War. Student signature
