The schedule for personal Interview has been finalized. Reporting time at the venue for the candidates is am for morning batch and pm for afternoon batch. All the above candidates are requested to remain present at venue well in advance. 4. The candidates have to appear for personal interview at their own cost. No reimbursement towards travelling or any other expenses shall be paid. 5. If the Interview process is not completed on the aforesaid date due to any reason, the same will be continued /held on the next day. Before appearing for Personal Interview, candidates should ensure that they have given/provided correct information about their age, qualification, caste category, experience etc in the Application orm and they fulfill all eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement. Their admission to all the stages of the recruitment process is on the basis of this information and is purely provisional and subject to verification of disciplinary actions and vigilance enquiries in process / contemplated and other service records as mentioned in the General Condition 16 in the Advertisment. The scrutiny of all candidates will be done on the basis of actual documents submitted by the candidates at the time of personal interview and their eligibility for the post will be decided accordingly. If during the scruitiny, it is found that the candidate has not provided docuemnts or not provided correct information, his/her candidature shall be cancelled. 8. It shall be sole responsibility of the candidate to prove his eligibility with respect to age, qualification, post qualification experience, caste category etc. as required for the post of the Executive Engineer (Trans). In case the candidate failed to do so, his candidature/ appointment will be liable to be rejected/ cancelled at any stage of recruitment and if appointed, shall be liable for dismissal from the Company s service. 9. Any request for change of time, date and/or venue of the Personal Interview will not be entertained under any circumstances. 10. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring any influence with regard to their selection/recruitment for the above post shall be considered as DISQUALIICATION. 11.
