His son, Robert Kendrick, appointed F. E. Hasslar of Washington City, D.C. as his attorney on 23 Nov 1852 in Cobb Co., Georgia, to obtain the pension of his father,, who had served in the Revolutionary War. He stated that his father died in August 1836 in Hall Co., GA, and that his mother, named Kendrick, died a few weeks thereafter in the County of Forsyth, Georgia. After marriage, they resided in Union District, SC, and later came to Georgia. [ applied for a pension, which he did not receive, 14 Mar He said that he and his wife came to Franklin Co., GA, about 1814 and to Hall Co., GA, about See Census of Union District, South Carolina, p. 44: 1800 Census of Union District, South Carolina, p. 248: was not found in the 1810 census.
