4 CREMATION FEES AND CHARGES September Fees indicated for cremation are inclusive of use of chapel, waiting area, etc., provision of recorded music (Vivedia System), certificate of cremation, supply of a basic urn or other suitable container, and all attendances after the coffin is placed on the catafalque by the Funeral Director. Cremation Fees Adult (18 years and over) Young Person (13 years 17 Years) Still born baby, infant or child up to 12 years - No Charge Additional 60 Minute slot (If available) Use of Crematorium Chapel for burial service Cremation of Body Parts Double funerals (2 coffins) are charged at 2 x cremation fee and a double time slot will be allocated. Cremated Remains Strewing of Cremated Remains following cremation at South Lincolnshire Crematorium - No Charge Strewing of Cremated Remains following cremation at other crematoria Storage of each set of Cremated Remains in excess per week of 28 days Other Fees Additional Cremation Certificate (Split remains or original lost) Letter of Declaration for customs for remains taken abroad Provision of each Pallbearer (48 hrs. notice required)

5 MEDIA FEES AND CHARGES September Media Services Single Photo A single photo shown throughout. Simple Slideshow up to 25 photos Played on a loop throughout. Simple Slideshow up to a maximum of 50 photos Played on a loop throughout. Professional Photo Tribute up to a maximum of 25 photos Tribute set to music of your choosing played once. Family Supplied Video (Maximum length of 3 Minutes played once during service) Live Streaming of Service on-line DVD recording of service Copy of DVD DVD recording with Visual Tribute Embedded DVD of just Visual Tribute All fees are inclusive of VAT Use of Organ and Organist - Funeral Director to arrange direct with organist from our approved list. *There is no-charge for use of the screens for large congregations to view the service from the foyer but the charge will be applied if a slideshow or Video is required.
