1 1. Weeding Out Who Is Serious About The Business From Who Is Not 1. It is important to build a local team of coaches - Build Local, Expand National 2. Spend at least an hour to an hour-and-a-half getting your new coach started and launching their business (you need undivided attention/no cell phones/kids/distractions...) 3. Find out how serious they are by asking the following questions: - What do you want? - When do you want it? 4. Go through the verbal contract with those serious about building their business. 5. Go over the new coach s initial business plan. 6. Re-contact any of your coaches who got into the business and are not currently active to see if you can re-ignite their fire again.

2 2. Establishing A Verbal Contract Here s what I expect from you: 1. Is your word good to me? 2. How many hours a week can you find to make $50,000 a year in this business? - Take out a sheet of paper and ask, How many hours a week do you... - Sleep - Eat - In Bathroom - With your family - Working - Misc. important tasks 3. Are you willing to commit to a personal growth program? 4. Are you willing to do whatever I tell you to do so I can train you to be successful? - I will be treating you like an employee initially to help teach you to succeed 5. Don t complain about the price. - Building a successful business will cost a price in time and money - If you have a challenge lets talk about it and we can come up with a solution 6. Put me in front of 3-5 of your best friends/prospects this first week of the business. - I will share the opportunity with them while you are there - Let s get you to be an Emerald Coach your first week in the business Here s what you can expect from me: 1. I am going to give you my time to get you started right in this business. - I will take the shots and the tough questions as we present the opportunity - I want you to win on game day! - I will help you get your first 2 coaches and then help them get 2 coaches 2. I will give you my knowledge and everything you need to know about this business 3. I will become your business mentor - I will do it for you, then with you, then ultimately council you on how to do it - I will be honest with you about your life and what you need to do 4. My word is good with you! I will be here for you if you are building the business! 5. I will be truthful with you all the time. - I am not so worried about if you like me, I want you to respect me. - I am here to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. - I want you to be the most successful person in this organization! 6. Our goal is to get you to Diamond in the first 90 days! - Emerald in your first 30 days - Ruby in your first 60 days - Diamond in your first 90 days 7. I will work as hard as you are willing to work. - If you back off, I back off - If you sprint, I sprint

The New Coach s Initial Business Plan After establishing the contract, present their business plan: Together make a list of the new coach s top 25 friends/prospects who they think will be most successful. By the next time we meet have a list of 100 friends/prospects to contact. Set-up a time to meet with the coach s top contacts. Establish the coach s first Grand Opening Party days out, after they have their first coaches signed-up. Order Shakeology Home Direct, if the coach has not already ordered it. You need the energy and life change physically! You need the creditability of being a product of the product! Establish a business name and get business cards made. Vista Print, Prints Made Easy,... to help them get them ordered! Purchase and begin reading the book Personality Plus by Florence Read the first 2 chapters by next week! Take the personality test and get the results to me! Get familiar with the Online Office before the next time we meet. Go through the Get Started Right Guide and send me your questions ( /text/call...) anytime. Print out the 90 Days To Diamond plan and begin using it. Use it as a journal to write down all your appointments, activities, goals,... Write down your dreams if money was no object! Then them to me. Order 10 Decide DVDs. Set-up a time to meet next week.

4 4. Re-Igniting Coaches Who Have Not Been Actively Building Their Businesses After establishing the contract, then do the following: 1. Make a phone call to: - Apologize and let them know you let them down - Let them know that Beachbody hired a consult who has shared with me things I didn t know about building the business - Share that the growth from my team of coaches has been incredible and would love to share this with you - I never gave you the tools to build the business successfully - I never engaged enough in your business to see you succeed - I feel guilty about that - ***Take on the responsibility so they don t feel bad or guilty! 2. Get 45 minuted of their time to share what this business is about now - This is a different company than when you initially got involved - Tell you how I can now get you started in this business - I will give you tools and information that will transform what you can do with this business 3. When you meet with them, tell them: - P90X is and has been the #1 selling infomercial product for the past 3 years - We have 3 of the top five selling infomercials products in the country - We have been selling over $200,000 in Shakeology a week - We have had the fastest growing recruiting days over the past few weeks - We are on target to have over 100,000 coaches by the end of We are going international - We are on the verge of busting wide open - We are a better business than a year ago - We have an incredible training and recruiting system

Misc. - To build a successful business, then your approach needs to be one of Intensity, Focus, and Commitment! - Do all you can to help them succeed if they are actively growing their business! - Your new coach's success in the first days is dependent upon you as they commit to building their business by following your instructions, lead, and direction. - My life has changed because I have been actively building the Beachbody business - Those who have not engaged or who are not involved yet are still broke, still going to the job they hate, still have dreams in the attic they are not willing to visit because they are afraid to because they don t have hope. - We have hope and are living it out. Share it! - We are Life Coaches! - The first 2 coaches that you help your new coach get signed up, help them sign-up 2 coaches by asking them to get you in front of their 3-5 good friends - Every month have a Saturday training for these new coaches - People who didn't get signed up yet - New coaches - Meet at the main new coaches home - At the end of the meeting say here s what I am looking for: - Someone who is willing to put time and effort into growing your business - Someone who wants to make 6 figures in this business - Someone who is more frustrated than they have ever been in their life and knows in the next 6 months something has to change - Someone who has character, integrity and their word is good - If you are that person I am talking about, I personally want to work with you in this business - Call me in the next 24 hours if this is you - Don t tell me now. Think about it. Pray about it. Then call me.
