1 Guide to booking Holiday Childcare using Magic Booking SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2017 From Summer 2017 we have updated our booking system so customers will be able to login and book their Nimble Arts Holiday Club places through Magic Booking. Once you have created your account and added in all your children s details including medical notes and doctor s details you will be able to view what s on offer, book and pay. Start by downloading the timetable as this will tell you the theme for each day: When you book through the system you choose from dates and times rather than themes so you ll need this for reference. You do not need a booking voucher code to take advantage of the super-earlybird and early-bird booking periods advertised on our website the prices will be set to 42 ( inc VAT) and 45 ( inc VAT) on the system during the advertised periods and your sibling discount will be automatically calculated when you book. When you are ready to book follow these steps: STEP 1: Visit and click Create an Account You will be guided through the process of adding your children s details and verifying your address. STEP 2: Once your account is up and running you ll be able to login. You are only shown the activities open to your child(ren) age group. For Summer 2017 you ll see either or both of these options depending on how many children you have registered:

2 This is the SAME club but we have divided it into our Early Years group and Older Groups. If your child is currently 5 but will be 6 at the start of their attendance at the club you may wish to book them into the 6-11 year old club. If you have two children that fall into different age groups (a 4-5 and a 6-11) you ll need to book them in one at a time. When you click on BOOK NOW you ll see a screen like this: Your children s names will be shown at the top. If one says not eligible that means they ll need to be booked into the other age group which you can do after you put through your first child s booking. If they re both/all eligible and want to attend the same days you can select them both/all at the top of the page.

3 STEP 3 Every menu with > sign has options within it. Click on the Summer Holiday Club tab to see the options available: There is one option available for 6-11 s (extended hours till 6 are available to book at a later stage): There are full and half day options available for 4-5 s: You need to select at least one session.

4 STEP 4: You then need to choose which dates you would like to book for. If you want to book set days every week over the four weeks you can click on the Set days every week tab, choose the days you want, then select the date rage 24 th July -18 th August, then Click Check availability If you want to book a range of different days each week this needs to be done weeks by week - ignore the Set days every week and choose the dates of the Monday to Friday of the first week you want to book for. Choose the date range for the first week you want to book for and the specific days that week: Then press Add more dates this will log the first week and allow you to book the second, third and fourth as you wish. To book the second week (or another date) choose the date range of the week you want, choose the specific days and click Add more dates to add dates in a further week or Check availability if you are ready to book, or want to add another child to another age group. **You need to make sure the SESSION is selected at the top of the page each time otherwise you will get a message saying Please select at least one session **

Only press CHECK OUT when you re happy that you ve selected all the dates and additional hours you want.

6 STEP 5: When you click CHECKOUT you will be taken to the payment summary screen. Sibling discounts will be automatically calculated. Remember you don t need a discount code the price you pay will be set to the correct price for the super-earlybird or earlybird booking period you are booking within. Superearlybird: 1 st May 31 st May the daily rate down to 42 ( incl VAT) (or equivalent for half days) Earlybird: 1 st June 30 th June the daily rate down to 45 ( incl. VAT) (or equivalent for half days) If you are a Horniman Primary parent please info@nimblearts.co.uk for a special booking code. Finally, you can choose your payment option and read and accept the Terms and Conditions please read these carefully as they include important legal information and information about charges: You will be guided through the payment process on the system if you choose to pay via instalments. You can also opt to pay via Childcare Voucher in one payment, instalments or a mixture of CCV and card payment.

7 On booking you will be sent an invoice please keep this safe and arrange for CCV payments as shown. Our Oftsed number is EY and we are registered either under our original setting address of Heber School SE22 9EL or Nimble Arts Ltd. If you have any questions please or use the HELP function on Magic Booking and we ll get straight back to you. We can arrange to call you and talk you through the system. Once you are all booked in you can login any time and go to MY BOOKINGS. This shows you what you have paid, what you owe etc. Thanks for you patience while we introduce the system it is a system that ensures child safety and security for first aid communication, collection and parent contact as well as flexible payment options. For all other clubs of a week or two week s duration booking will be a quicker process.
