3 Our story Who is Thirty-One? In 2003 Cindy Monroe started Thirty-One in the basement of her Tennessee home with a vision to help women. She wanted to give them an opportunity to provide for their families and for themselves while working on their schedule. Ten years later, that vision is still at the forefront of everything we do. Our mission as a company is to celebrate, encourage and reward women for who they are. Our versatile products are designed to be both fun and functional, helping you organize your life in style.
