Building, Growing and Working Your Prospect List Start each month with a list of the people you expect to close this month. You will continually be adding people to this list all month and removing the people who no longer belong on the list.

19 Building, Growing and Working Your Prospect List Start each month with a brief review of last month s activity. How many connections did you make? How many people are you texting with? How many people did you send information to? How many people need to followed up with? How many people are interested? How many people are thinking about it? Did you reach your monthly goal? If not. Why not? What did you learn last month? What are your goals for this month? What s your plan to reach it?

20 At the beginning of each week make a To Do List of what you want to accomplish by the end of the week. 1. Make a list of the people you think are good prospects 2. Make a list of the people you think are hot prospects 3. Make a list of the people you expect to close at the end of the Month. Every day you ll be constantly adding to all 3 lists. Every day you ll be constantly removing people from all 3 lists. Whenever you send anyone a Friend Request you always want to send a short Message AT THE SAME TIME Hi Jim, Let s be friends on Facebook. Hi Jim, Let s connect on Facebook and catch up. I m having a problem sending you a friend request, please send me one and I ll accept immediately. Wait for a Response. Accepting your Friend Request is a response. Denying your request is a response too.

21 Maintain a daily list of everyone you send a friend request to. Check off their names as people accept your request. Cancel the request if after 3 or 4 weeks they don t accept your friend request.

22 Keeping Track Of Your Best Prospects You have to keep track of who you speak to, when you talk to them, what was said and know when to follow up. Facebook saves your conversations so you don t have to keep notes. The answers to your questions fill in the blanks and determine if they re a prospect. KEEP 3 LISTS TO TRACK YOUR PROSPECTS LIST 1 POTENTIAL PROSPECTS - Has Potential Be picky from your list of old and new friends, these are the people you think could be prospects. LIST 2 HOT PROSPECTS Looking Good People make this list based on their answers to your questions. LIST 3 - VERY HOT PROSPECTS - JOINING THIS MONTH The people who have indicated they are getting involved. The people you believe you can close this month people max.

POST ENGAGING CONTENT Pictures, Video s, Graphics When you post pictures on Facebook they take up more space in your news feed. Video s and Pictures usually get more engagement than plain text status updates. ASK QUESTIONS Asking questions is a great way to get engagement

26 How To Get More Engagement 1. LIKES, SHARES, COMMENTS 2. POST FRESH CONTENT DAILY 3. SCHEDULE YOUR POSTS AHEAD OF TIME Get ahead of the game and schedule posts ahead of time 4. SPACE YOUR POSTS OUT. 6 POSTS SPREAD OUT OVER 12 HOURS IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN IF ALL 6 POSTS WERE MADE AT ONCE You re surrounded with infinite possibilities of people to talk to from your Facebook HOME Page without initiating a search for anyone. The fact that you can proactively search for new brand new friends, reach out to them and have them buy what you re selling is the icing on the cake. The key is QUALITY over QUANTITY

27 HOW YOU GROW YOUR LIST OF FRIENDS Do your own searching and contacting. Expand your searches to the Friends of your Friends with shared interests. Make a list of the people you admire in the industry. Find them by doing a name search and contact them. Once they become your friends connect with their friends with shared interests. Always think relationship first business second. Join Groups or Create your own groups by providing information. Start giving away free stuff to entice others to contact you. Help other people The Law of Reciprocity - Zig Ziglar. Having access to everyone in the world means nothing if you re not talking to the right people. Or saying the right things at the right time. You re not trying to make a sale when you talk to people. You re trying to determine if there is an opportunity for you to make a sale.

30 Follow The Daily ACTION and ACTIVITY On Your Page Pay attention to what is happening on your page. Every action gives you a reason to contact or re-contact someone. Contact people who react or respond to your activity. Contact people based on their activity. Measure Your Results and Success What percentage of people are accepting your Friend Requests? What percentage of your new Friends are responding to you? What percentage of people you show your business to are joining? The Steps to CONNECTING with everyone. Wait for them to ask you about your business. PLEASE BE PATIENT. Attraction Marketing works. Don t talk about your business until they ask. When asked about your business simply follow the scripts.

Always answer everyone s questions and then ask your own questions that bring the subject of the conversation back to talking about them. When you learn they are a serious prospect don t talk about your business until you know their network marketing history. Why Do People Get Into Network Marketing? They want more time. Time Freedom They want more money. Financial Freedom They want their own business. They re passionate about something and want to share it with the world. If your prospect has been in network marketing before find out why they got into it. Five Reasons People Will Not Buy From You. 1. They feel they do not need what you are selling. 2. They do not have any money. 3. They are in no rush to buy. 4. They do not want what you are selling. 5. They do not trust you.

32 Business Building and Management Mode When you bring someone into your business, they have to be trained. Give them a few things to post on their Facebook Pages immediately the day after they sign up so they can attract their friends. Help them sign up their friends who respond to their posts. Plug them into your company s existing tools and training systems. Do not spend all of your time working with your new people on non sales activities. Make them system dependent. Be available to do 3 way calls with their prospects. If you re not good doing a 3 way support call use your upline and Listen. You will get good at it over time. You must be constantly prospecting and recruiting yourself. Lead by example. Don t be surprised if your new recruits do better than you do on Facebook. They could have more friends than you. A System for New Recruits that Duplicates Enroll Them Use Your Team System Or Start Your Own System Help Them Make Their Contact List Schedule a Strategy Session 1. Strategy Session - Establish their goals. Identify their Why? 2. Set a goal for reading their first 20 customers 3. Have them start POSTING immediately and be prepared to help them close.

33 Get A One Year Commitment Remind your NEW Recruits that you re going to help them but they must be committed to the process if they want to achieve their goals. Learn: What are their goals? Where would they like to be financially a year from now? Have them give you a 1 year written commitment that they will stay in the game with you. One Year Commitment Letter Agreement between you and your NEW Recruit. They Sign It - You Sign It Give Them A Copy

34 Why Do People Fail In Network Marketing Here are some of the reasons: 1. Join the wrong company 2. Do not have good upline support 3. Lack of training 4. Lack of action 5. No proper goals 6. Do not take up leadership 7. Not inspired Why did your prospect fail previously? Why Do So Many New Distributors Give Up? They don t get plugged into the company. They don t get plugged into an easy to duplicate system. They run out of quality people they can talk to. Because they don t get positive results, they determine the business is more difficult than they originally thought and they give up.
