It s a website that allows people to complete online or offline jobs starting at $5. Know where this is going? You guessed it! Check out how many times this Fiverr retweet gig has been purchased

6 If you just count the reviews, over 624 times! That number alone adds up to $3,120 dollars! From my experience on Fiverr, normally 1 out of every 10 people reviews a gig. If this remains true, that number would be $31,200 from that gig! That s HUGE! You are now talking serious money and a real business. What if you made 9 or 10 of these gigs? You can easily imagine what I m trying to say here. Make sure that you label your gig as being REAL and human retweets (you aren t lying whatsoever, but most people are). I recommend several sites to find cheap outsourcers, however, it should be noted that you need to do your research and do your best to make each listing is legitimate. 12 Learning the Ropes At this point, you re probably wondering how all of this is supposed to work. Well, you have two options at this point. #1 - You can form your own social media promotion agency, start a website, and go the serious route. #2 - You can approach this casually (which is a good place to start) and keep it smaller. When you hire your outsourcer, you are going to want to teach them what they need to do. You will want to setup forwarding (or setup a private Fiverr address) so that when new gigs come in, the outsourcer will know to get to work. Only pay for the time that they are actually working! You can use an online service like Intuit Payroll to track their hours (only $1.50 per month). Have them log their hours before they work each time. Track how many gigs they are able to get

13 done each hour. There is no reason that (using the method in Social Media Massacre) they can t get at least 3 gigs done each hour. You will want to teach your new employee how to run quality assurance and track how many retweets (in this case) a tweet has received or still needs. You will also want to instruct them on how to deliver each Fiverr gig and provide customer support. If you don t have experience, you will want to do a few gigs yourself first. You are also want to meet with your employee either by phone or Skype to discuss profits and expenses. Consider making a website to promote your Fiverr business. Hundreds of millions of people use YouTube each day to find what they are looking for and not taking advantage of it is a serious loss. I recommend that you put each of these videos on your website to promote your services. Spend quality time making your site look nice to increase conversions and sales. You can download WordPress themes that can do this automatically for you. I had a website set up for my business in less than 20 minutes. You can also outsource this process if you choose. Consider using Fiverr to buy several good and legitimate (legitimate is very important and makes the difference between your website being found and your website being penalized by Google) SEO gigs for your website.

Go to Google Keyword Planner (sign-up for an AdWords account) and search for the best phrase for what you are trying to sell. For example, if you are trying

18 to sell YouTube video likes, search for how to get more YouTube likes or get YouTube likes right now. Find a keyword phrase that doesn t have a lot of competition, but has at least 18,000 unique monthly searches. Name your video according to the best search phrase. Also, be sure to name your WordPress or website posts that include these videos another popular search phrase to increase your chances of being found. You can purchase a cheap Fiverr gig for backlinks and SEO to help rank your site quickly (this will take a few days).

19 3. Upload videos to YouTube that include catchy music as well as a positive image, like this one. This will drastically increase your chances of making sales. Do this for each gig. Name your YouTube channel your Fiverr name and make a link to your website and your Fiverr page. You want to link to your Fiverr page just as much as your website. This will help rank your gigs. 4. Outsource using one of the sites that I have listed above. Make sure that you check their ratings, reviews, and testimonials. Set up a phone or Skype call to explain

20 the process to them. If they do not want to talk on Skype, be very skeptical. Check back with them once each week to report profits, expenses, and quality assurance. Have them log their hours in a program like Intuit (listed above). Be sure to explain to them how to use Fiverr and deliver gigs (you may need to deliver one or two yourself first). 5. Check in once per week to manage your business. Don t just stick with one gig. Making 10+ gigs can increase your profit to the $100,000+ mark. Also, don t be scared to hire more employees.
