2 Hello! What is your reason for creating a business? We start a business because we want to create freedom in our life and have the experiences and lifestyle we desire. We want to feel free, expressed, acknowledged, and know we have contributed to the lives of others. What I hear from many entrepreneurs on the path to entrepreneurial freedom is the experience of OVERWHELM because there are too many choices, DOUBT about whether it will work, FRUSTRATION with programs and promised that just don't work and a sense of being UNDERVALUED. I get it. The first step is to remember WHY you started and DECIDE to create one offer that will get a consistent result. Then build from there. Let s get started. Much Success! Patti
3 Your business requires revenue So you go out in search of clients. You hear the marketing gurus say Build a list You hear the online marketers say Create your product And of course there is a choir of experts touting : Facebook Ads Linked In You Tube Twitter Podcasts Where do you start? What is the best strategy for you?

5 EVERY YEAR, I help my clients create coaching programs that sell. Many of them are trapped in the time for money model and can t find a way through to get the results they want. 2 BIG MISTAKES CREATE YOUR PRODUCT THEN SELL IT Creating your product first means you are guessing at what your clients need. Circuiting your program with a group of IDEAL clients who have already told your their problem allows you to get results real time and create a program that will sell again and agin. GROW YOUR LIST THEN SELL THEM Without a product to offer your list will become crowded with unqualified prospects who will not buy your program once you launch it,.
6 1. Your Expertise What is the ONE thing that you are passionate about? It is easy for you and seems natural Other people seek your help with it You have experience in this area, maybe a job, career, hobby People comment on your ability You could get lost for hours reading researching or talking about it 3. Your Message 2. Your Clients Problem Who has the very problem that you solve? What s their biggest question? What keeps them up at night? What training or tools do they look for? How can you help them get where they want to go faster? Think about what your ideal clients wants, the barriers in the way and the kinds of tools they wish were available to help them. People Invest in 4 main areas: 1. They want to make more money 2. They want to take and enjoy more time off 3. They want to improve their relationships 4. They want to improve their health
7 1-1 MODEL 1. Sell hourly or monthly sessions. This requires constant marketing and creates inconsistent cash flow. 2. Fill a mastermind. Without the number of clients and demand required, creating an ongoing mastermind is difficult. 3. Fill an group. Your precious time is tied up in marketing and delivering 1-1 sessions, making content creation time nearly impossible to squeeze into your schedule.
8 1-MANY MODEL 1. Fill your 8 week group program. This allows you to get your valuable content out to many people quickly. 2. Offer ongoing support to the group with a 12 month mastermind. As your clients get results they will want to continue. This reduces marketing time and cost. 3. Sell only high ticket 1-1 sessions. You are now positioned to only sell your time for money when the price is at a premium.
9 HOW TO QUALIFY PROSPECTS A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS REQUIRES SUCCESSFUL CLIENTS The problem you solve must be presented as valuable content that clearly connects to the problem your program solves. There is a one focused call to action that has your prospects eager to share their with you so you can help solve their problem. Having a strategy to get the problem you solve in front of IDEAL clients is easy when you have a program created. Let s go through the steps
10 Turn a small section of your course into a 2 minute video YOUR PROGRAM CONTENT Transcribe your video and turn it into a blog post Post your video on social media Send your blog post out in a newsletter
11 HOW DOES THIS WORK? Your program is created from the questions your market is asking you. You create a program you can sell again and again instead of chasing clients and trading your time for money. You only offer high ticket 1-1 services, rather than one off sessions and entry level coaching. Create your coaching program that solves your ideal client s problem based on your unique purpose and experience. Stand out and be known for your specific expertise.
