1 Pull From Within Reversing Subconscious Limiting Beliefs in 2 Hours First and foremost, you are NOT alone. Everyone has subconscious limiting beliefs. Most of the time, you don't even realize they're there. They're deeply embedded in everyone, but this doesn't mean you can't eliminate or reverse them. This exercise is designed to do just that. Generally speaking, no matter how many you carry, or how long you've had them, if you do this exercise, you should be able to reverse them between 1 and 2 hours from right now. So let's get started. The 4 Basic Subconscious Limiting Beliefs Every single negative belief you carry falls under one of these: 1. I'm not good enough. 2. I don't deserve. 3. Nobody will love me. (or my products) 4. I'm not wired like everyone else Signs For: I'm not good enough * When you constantly label yourself as being not enough. (Insert good, educated, experienced etc.) * When you find yourself coveting others' success. Examples: * I'm not good enough * I'm not educated enough * I'm not experienced enough * I'm not smart enough * I'll never be accepted * I'm always last * I need more courses/certifications * I"m a loner * I'll never get it right * I always hit problems * People don't want anything I have * I have no talents or gifts * Clients won't want a coach like me * Everyone else is so much better * I'm not good enough at sales * I'm not high class * Not enough money to make money * I'm not good with money
2 Pull From Within - Releasing Subconscious Limiting Beliefs in Write out every single 'I'm not good enough' limiting belief you can think of below. Logic often doesn't develop until age 7. Many subconscious limiting beliefs are formed before this age and because logic isn't developed, they're often distorted or not even true. Yet because it's been embedded, it continues to stay as you mature and constantly tries to find ways to validate this belief. Not being good enough is indirectly embedded implanted at a very young at a very age. young It does age. go It away never goes until you away reprogram until you reframe it. that belief in adulthood. Then, in as write much down detail every as possible. single Then quality reword you have and to reframe disprove that that belief to something more belief. positive and motivating.
3 Where does this infiltrate your business? What are areas and circumstances where you feel you're not good enough? Examples: video marketing, pricing products and services, attracting clients etc. How does it surface? What is the internal language you tell yourself in each circumstance? Write down where and how it shows up in your business. Now use the above list and explain why each one is FALSE. Everything here should 100% contradict and prove what you put in the above box as completely invalid. In this box, you need to explain not only why it's false, but provide evidence. In other words, what strengths do you have that make the previous beliefs false?
4 Signs For " Signs For "I don't deserve." When you have thoughts of not being worthy, or deserving, it's directly connected to your self-esteem. Examples: * Nobody will pay me that much * My products aren't worth that much * I'm not established or a guru * I don't fit in * I'm not worthy of abundance * I'm not one who goes for pampering * They're just dreams, I don't deserve wealth * Making money comes hard for me * I just don't deserve a wealthy lifestyle * I don't deserve * Everyone is against me * Building a business is too much of a fight * Success will never happen to me * Everyone else has it so much easier * I'll never achieve all my goals * I don't deserve happiness or wealth List every single belief you have that relates to not deserving. Keep writing until you can't anymore. If you're not sure it belongs here, put it down anyway.
5 Now think back as far as you can and explain as vividly as possible your earliest memory of feeling unworthy, or undeserving. When you're done, think back to even earlier. Try to pull out the earliest memory you can of having this belief. In the next box, write down every single incident where this is mirrored in your business. Examples: Procrastinating doing more 'lives'; Under pricing your products/services; Not closing more sales etc. Now take every single instance you listed above and list reasons why it's not true. Use your knowledge, experience, skill etc. to disprove those negative beliefs above.
6 Signs For "Nobody will love me." * When you believe that you have to be perfect in everything and for everyone. * When you put things off, or decide not to try new things because it won't be perfect. * When you feel unlovable unless you're the best, smartest, most skilled etc. * When you judge and/or punish yourself very harshly and fail to celebrate little things. Examples: * I 'd up again! * I never do anything right. * I can't lauch/publish/finish until this is right * I have to win or nobody will respect me * It needs to happen overnight * I have to be the best * Setting goals that are impossible to reach * Holding way too high standards * Finding proof that you're not lovable/likable * Never being proud of small accomplishments * Judging you and others harshly In the box to the right, list every circumstance, reason & thought you carry that leads you to believe you're unlovable. Look at what you think and say in your mind when you're being hard on yourself.
7 What is your earliest memory of feeling unlovable? This could be when someone made you believe you less than or shouted insults at you. Keep writing until you come to your earliest memory. Now list every aspect of your business that's influenced by the belief that you or your products/services aren't loveable/likeable. List every negative thought centered around the belief that you're not lovable. If you're not sure if it belongs here, put it down anyway. Write until you draw a blank. Just as before, take every single instance you listed above and write down why your belief of not being lovable is false. Be sure to provide every single quality, skill and reason as evidence to disprove your above beliefs.
8 Signs For: "I'm not like everyone else." * When you come up with any excuse that separates you from 'normal' people in a negative light. Examples: * I'm not wired like everyone else. * I have to do everything by myself. * Nobody gets me. * Nobody will buy from me. * I have nothing to offer. * I don't have anything anyone wants. * Nobody cares. * There's not enough time to make it work. * I can't trust anyone but myself. * I just need one tiny break to get my foot in the door. * I can't do it all by myself. * I'm not made for success. * Where I come from, everything is a struggle. * I'm one of those who will always be an outsider. In the space to the right, list every single thought, belief, reason and/or excuse you make that completely isolates you from going after your goals in life. List everything even if you're not sure it fits. If it enters your mind, put it here.
9 Explain your very earliest memory of feeling like you're isolated...weird...not normal. Include every single detail that caused this feeling. When you're done, go back further in time and make sure the one that popped up is the very first memory you had of feeling separated or different. If you're not sure, include all of them until you feel like you're finished. Now make a list of every single instance this sabotages your business development and growth. Include every thought, belief and example where your thinking has STOPPED you in your business. Using the aforementioned, write out every single reason your belief is NOT true. Be sure to use your strengths and logic. Include examples of what you've done recently to disprove your embedded belief. Include everything, no matter how big or small.
10 Congratulations & Welcome to Part II! If you've reached this point, you have literally examined the self-sabotaging beliefs that block you TODAY. DON'T STOP HERE. Once uncovered, these beliefs may subside, but they will forever come back up. Most of the time, it'll be when you experience a period of consistent momentum or when you're on the verge of a major accomplishment. YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED TO WORK ON THESE in order to grow. It is here, in this part, that you need to work on every single day. If you take 5-10 minutes each day, you will combat negative beliefs from inhibiting your growth. Top 3 Subconscious Limiting Beliefs In the space below, list your top 3 current limiting beliefs that are the most prevalent right now. Then identify which category each falls under. This is something you should do daily, especially if you're experiencing doubt, frustration, and procrastination in your daily tasks. When this is happening, it's usually connected to a subconscious limiting belief. Belief Category When you're reversing these beliefs, there's 3 parts to modify: 1) The thought 2) The feeling that thought Now, ignites just like 3) before, The action. write So down below, every rewrite single these reason 3 beliefs why this in belief a POSITIVE isn't true. light Include so that your it gives strengths, you the resources confidence and logic and motivation to reverse you this need. belief Then so you write can down go to work the ONE right action now you and will keep take these today from to slowing reinforce you your down. new belief.
