FOR EXAMPLE NOT THINKING THAT YOU HAVE LESS MONEY AND ASSETS THAN SOMEONE BUT THINKING THAT YOU HAVE THEM MORE THAN MANY. ANOTHER EXAMPLE-- NOT THINKING THAT YOU HAVE LESS FRIENDS BUT BEING HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE SOME. ALWAYS BE OPTIMISTIC AND ALWAYS LOOK AT THE POSITIVE SIDE OF EVERYTHING. KEEP POSITIVE THINKING SO
2 THAT YOU CAN CURE YOUR DISORDER EASILY. 2) YOU SHOULD BE HUMBLE BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE BIT EGO ALSO. BEING HUMBLE WILL MAKE YOU GOOD IN BEHAVIOR AND HAVING A LITTLE BIT EGO WILL SAVE YOU FROM THE FEELING OF INFERIORITY. 3) YOU SHOULD BE HUMBLE BUT YOU SHOULD LOVE YOURSELF A LOT ALSO. 4) DEVELOP RATIONAL AND LOGICAL THINKING. YOU SHOULD BECOME MATURE AND SIMPLE. THIS WILL HELP. THIS ADVICE WILL MAKE YOU INTELLIGENT AND BETTER.

FEELING OF JEALOUSY LEADS TO DISSATISFACTION WITH ONESELF. THIS DISSATISFACTION MAY BE ONE OF THE REASONS OF YOUR SHIFT IN PERSONALITY OR MULTI-PERSONALITY. 11)RESPECT YOURSELF AND LOVE YOURSELF. MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME DISORDER. 14)MAKE A SUPPORT NETWORK IT SHOULD INCLUDE FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHO CARE ABOUT YOU. DISCUSS YOUR FEELINGS WITH THEM BUT WITH THE ONES WHO WILL NOT DISCLOSE IT TO OTHERS. THIS WILL HELP YOU IN FEELING LIGHT AND LESS EMOTIONALLY UPSET AS
6 YOU CAN DISCUSS YOUR NEGATIVE FEELINGS WITH THEM. 15)TAKE MEDICATION FOR THE DISORDER FROM A PSYCHIATRIST. MEDICINES ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU. 16) DON T DO SELF-HARM. IT IS A VERY BAD BEHAVIOR AND ALSO CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH A LOT. 17)YOU SHOULD BE VERY MUCH ADJUSTING AND COOPERATIVE WITH OTHERS, THIS WILL HELP. LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE, THIS IS TRUE FOR THE BRAIN, MEMORY AS WELL AS THE BODY. 33)ALWAYS TRY TO BE YOURSELF AND DON T IMITATE OR COPY ANYBODY. 34) TRY TO MAKE YOURSELF SIMPLE, HUMBLE AND WELL MANNERED. THIS WILL MAKE YOUR PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIOR TOO MUCH BETTER. 35)BE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS AND OTHER THINGS WHICH CAN MAKE YOU PROUD. THIS WILL HELP YOU TO LIKE YOURSELF. BUT YOU SHOULD NOT INSULT OR HURT ANYONE OR TRY TO MAKE THEM FEEL INFERIOR. LIKING YOURSELF IS VERY MUCH NEEDED BY YOU.

BE YOUR OWN DOCTOR ALSO. 37) KEEP AN AIM IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE VERY GOOD BEHAVIOR. ALL BEHAVIORS OF HUMBLE AND WELL MANNERED PEOPLE ARE GOOD BEHAVIORS. SO BECOME HUMBLE AND WELL MANNERED TO IMPROVE YOURSELF.
