My daughter has learned a great deal and her drawings have improved tremendous but that might be due in part to his innate talent. I canâ t say the same about me but that is not a reflection on the instructions given. My daughter loves the book and she loves drawing even more. She has found drawing creatures to be fun and simple. The author gives tips not only on the process of drawing but also how best to put the book to use, various sketching tips and the types of drawing materials a potential artist needs. Very helpful book that took my drawing skills from utterly terrible to pretty decent! I gave my self a shot for this one as I am also a anime fan way back, and my piece is not bad. I canâ t say the same about me but that is not a reflection on the instructions given. My daughter loves the book and she loves drawing even more. She has found drawing creatures to be fun and simple. The pages all have good information for both the artistically challenged, all the way to the professional artist. The author slowly and patiently goes through each stage of drawing manga and you simply replicate that the author has shown. Highly recommend it. Many of us want to learn how to draw Manga, but not many have the necessary skills to do it on our own. This book definitely helped me a lot! It has instructions, pictures, and even explanations of why some things are chosen over others. Nothing to complain about in this book! Just the right book for my Manga learning appetite. I am definitely challenged and I would definitely start honing my noob sketching skills. I love to watch manga movies I find it cute. I have collected many manga pictures at first I find it very easy to draw but when I try it is difficult indeed. This book is a great guide for me to learn how to draw manga. I am so excited to draw many manga pictures. If gives an easy start to beginners of bare knowledge of manga.
