2 build-up basics All Custom torage units can be built up by specifying the case, drawers, and/or doors individually, allowing for maximum flexibility. The multiple case heights, numerous drawer types and various door and drawer heights permit tailoring Ledger to specific needs. All case, drawer and door heights are based on 1.6" high increments All cabinets 56" and higher require a 1.6" tructural Module torage Modules have the height incorporated into the product code: example LBMC064 = 6.4" high LBMC128 = 12.8" high Build-up units can be retrofitted or reconfigured at any time Counterweights are required when pull-out drawers are specified Cabinet Case Begin by specifying a case when building up your storage unit An interior and exterior dimension is always provided Build-Up Modules Once the case has been specified, select any combination of drawers or doors to fill the interior height of the cabinet case Drawers and doors are specified from the top down, making sure that the exterior heights of doors and drawers specified add up to the interior height of the cabinet specified, (note: doors have an exterior height only) The exterior height is always 3.2" higher than the interior height tructural Module Must be specified within the interior height range of 32" to 45" for stability ull tructural Module with or without Lock Must be specified within the interior between doors and drawers in a Combination Cabinet 30", 36, 42" 18", 20" inishes All Ledger Cabinets are available in the full palette of Teknion atin, Textured atin, atin Mica and Textured Mica colors Most Ledger pre-configured units may be specified with either eamless Colors or tandard or Cathedral lintwood fronts Interiors are finished in Grey 11.5"-72" 30", 36" or 42" 19.2"-30.4" 18" or 20" Cabinet Case (LBC) Lateral iles torage Cabinets Combination Cabinets Wardrobe Cabinets tretch Pedestal Case (LB) tretch Pedestals

4 ledger build-up restrictions 3.2" drawers cannot be specified at the very top of the configuration. More than five 3.2" drawers cannot be stacked together due to stability issues. Counterweight W2 is not available if bottom module is less than 24". When building a unit with drawers at the bottom and open space at the top, ull Locking tructural Module (L) is required. 4.8" high drawers cannot be used under a pull-out shelf in 18" deep units. 5-high or higher (56" or higher) cabinets require a fixed shelf or cross bar. Individual locks are not available on drawer heights 3.2" up to 9.6". When building a custom unit, drawer modules cannot be placed on top of door modules. torage helf (LBMCA1) cannot be placed under Max torage Units (LBMCA3 and LBMCA4). ull tructural Module (J) or ull Locking tructural Module (L) should be used below Max torage Units. or installation purposes, minimum of 6.4" space is required below J and L modules. When building a unit divided into two sections by ull Locking tructural Module (L), where two separate lock bars are required (case and L module), the above opening should be at least 14.4" to accommodate the installation. Build up case cannot accommodate more than eight fixed front drawer modules 4.8" high or taller
