1. Introduction SWC (Single Window Clearance) is the combination of the approval process of internal NOC & building permission for approval of architectural plans.

3 1. Introduction SWC (Single Window Clearance) is the combination of the approval process of internal NOC & building permission for approval of architectural plans. It is an application customized for efficient management and approval of the drawings. It helps in attaining standardization and hence transparency in the total process of building permission. The complete building approval management system will be a web based system where Architects submit the plans and proposal basic data on line. In built Customized workflow available for approval based on power delegation. The proposal will be finally approved or rejected after different levels of scrutiny. 2. Architect Help -step by step In this section Architect/LE/SE able to access website of PMC & get prepare to submit proposal online. 2.1 Link from PMC Website A. Architect Dashboard Architect can view all submitted proposal on this page & also know the status of proposal. Here proposals are sorted on the basis of type & status. 3. Submission of Proposal to PMC 3.1 Preapproval In Pune Corporation Architect should get preapproval of proposal before submitting MRTP & mandatory document of final proposal which helps in getting fast approval from PMC. In this Architect should provide Proposal drawing along with the some basic information. The Architect should fill the following details in Preapproval. A. Application Summary B. 8 3.1.1 New Application Click On New Application at top of right hand side to create new proposal Following window will appear Enter the Project Name in Project title field. Select PreApproval from Permission Type SoftTech Engr. Pvt. Ltd. Page 8

11 c) Drawings The Drawing can be attached in this form or menu by using the select file in attachment section. After clicking on select file pop will open in that window select the file which you want to attach for submission. Note: This drawing should be in PreDCR format by using PreDCR software. 12 d) Plot Details As architect clicking on plot detail following page will be appeared. There are four deferent parts in this form- Plot detail, Plot abutting detailed, Addition in net plot area. Fill all details require in - Plot detail, Plot abutting detailed, Addition in net plot area. 14 e) Building Details Building Details Page: Architect needs to provide the number of building along with details with use/sub-use. Click on Building Details screen will appear (See below screen B1). Click on Add Building enter details of the building(s) being proposed.( See below Screen B2) After putting information click on save Button Building information will be save in tabular format (See below Screen B3). 16 Screen B3 f) Area Details Here Architect need to give Area Details based on the number of plots, Click on Area Details on left hand side menu screen will appear (See below screen A1). Insert plot Name & select type from 7/12 & PRC Click on Extract table will appear insert area of plot in concern fields (See below A2). Screen A1 SoftTech Engr. Pvt. Ltd. Page 16

17 Screen A2 After putting information click in table please click on save Button for saving plot details. If want put another plot details please click on Add Plot and do same process as above for new plot. Final Submission of Proposal for Preapproval After filling all the details the Architect can send the proposal to the inward clerk by clicking on the Submit Application appears at the top of left-hand side menu. As clicking on submit option following message will be prompted for the information that is mandatory. If check box colour is red it shows some information is missing. Please fill this mandatory information If checkbox colour is black click on Proceed Button to submit application to Scrutiny cell.(see below screen F1). After successful submission system shows alert message (See below screen F2). Proposal is submitted to DCR cell it comes automatically in Scrutiny pending tab in PreApproval Dash board SoftTech Engr. 19 3.1.3 Scrutiny Done Scrutiny done has shown the done cases which is approved by the officer. As clicking on the scrutiny done option approved case list will be opened Rejected proposal Architect can know his rejected proposal status through rejected proposal option. 20 3.1.5 Drawing verified Clicking on drawing verified option, architect can know the drawing status. When architect click on the drawing verified option following screen will be appeared.
