1 SAUDI COMMITTEE FOR PALESTINIAN RELEIF ITB PAL /Construction of 300 Residential Units in Rafah Package #12: Electrical and Telecommunication Works Part C. SECTION 9: PRICE SCHEDULE (Bill of Quantities) Electronic copy of the BOQ shall be submitted along with the signed hard copy thereof. In case of any discrepancy between the soft and the hard copies, the hard copy shall prevail.

2 Supplying, installing, testing and commission of the electrical works as per drawings, specifications, and engineer's instructions. The prices of the follwing items include all necessary junction boxes, wires, conduits, clamps, bolts, connectors and connecting all new and existing cables to switch,boards & Pillars. The price includes all measurement devices,equipments, machinary,..., ets. All installation shall be in accordance with : * The drawings, specifications, instructions and demands of the engineer and coordination with GEDCO. * The electricity law and electrical code requirments of the BRITISH standards. *The contractor should repair any damage of the existing infrastructures. *The Ressistance of any Earthing system must be less than 2 Ω, and the contractor must find and do the solution to be < 2 Ω. Unit Quantity 1.1 Supply, Install, Connect,and Test 36 kv Switch Disconnector (Isolating Switch) on the existing pole with builtin arc interrupter, Master key lock, Compression Lugs with all needed Arms on the two existing poles to complet the work, six complete tension units (with its all Tension Glass Disks, Half Moons and all needed for Fixing & Connection ), heatshrinc termination kits,wires for earthing,all needed clamps, and all acessories for Fixing & Installation. The price include all M.V ACSR wires to connect the new network to the closer existing network (between two poles). All works must be According to supervisor Instructions and Approval of GEDCO. L.S Supply, Instal, Connect, and Test 24 kv, 630A Switchgear, and 16 ka Short Circuit Current Ring Main Unit SF6, 2 incoming switch Disconnectors, one Transformer Protection fuse switch combination (CTC) With 22 kv Porcelain Fuses 63 A. The price include connecting the existing cables to CTC. The Work Include wires, Clamps,70mm2 wires for earthing,shielded Fore Connectors with Cable Adapter & Jacket Seal for all in/out cables & all needed acessories. All works and materials must be According to supervisor Instructions and Approval of GEDCO. Unit 2

3 1.3 Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test 22/0.4 KV Low Losses, 3 phase, Indoor Distribution Transformer 1250 KVA Rating Type :3 phase oilimmersed Hermetically Sealed. Reference Manufacturing: IEC or DIN42500 Standards. Complete with all needed Bushings and Arms for Fixing the Cable beside the Transformer with cable ladder. The Work Includes connecting the existing cables and all needed new cables to connect CTC with Transformer and Transformer with LVDB, all needed Lugs, Clamps,70mm2 Wires for Earthing system for transformer. The item include supplying & fixing Fire Extinguisher, Emergency lighting & all needed steel wire mesh protection to isolate the Transformer. All works and materials must be According to supervisor Instructions and Approval of GEDCO. Unit Quantity Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test L.V Distribution Board 2000A (bus bars system ) with Main CB IZM 2000A (7 Feeder). Bus Bars,6 Vertical LTL 630/400A & 1Vertical LTL 160/100A (Jean Moeller Type or equivalent ), Current and Voltage Instruments With CTs, LTL3*32/6A, MCB 3*32A, wires, Clamps,70mm2 wires for earthing, all needed acessories & all components in the drawings. The price include connecting all the existing & newer feeder cables to the board. The size and specifications of board & all works and materials must be According to the drawing, supervisor instructions, specifications and approval of GEDCO Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test 630A M.LV Pillar (bus bars system ) with main Vertical LTL (630/400 A), 3 Vertical LTL (250/160A),(Jean Moeller Type), Bus bars for phases + N + E, 4 Inch sleeves and all needed wires, accessories and PVC Terminals connections. The price include all needed civil structure according the drawing, specifications of GEDCO, supervisor instruction, and comply with the existing Pillars. The price include earthing system ( manholes, electrodes,35mm2 wires, treatment of the soil, all accessories and all needed to be the Ressistance less than 2 Ω ) The work include connecting all the in/out feeder cables to the Pillar. 4 1.6 Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test 250A LV Pillar (bus bars system ) with main Vertical LTL (250/160 A), 6 Vertical LTL (160/63A), (Jean Moeller Type), Bus bars for phases + N + E, 4 Inch sleeves and all needed wires, accessories and PVC Terminals connections. The price include all needed civil structure according the drawing, specifications of GEDCO, supervisor instruction, and comply with the existing Pillars. The price include earthing system ( manholes, electrodes,35mm2 wires, treatment of the soil,all accessories and all needed to be the Ressistance less than 2 Ω ) The work include connecting all the in/out feeder cables to the Pillar. Unit Quantity Unit Supply, Install Connect and Test external lighting HEIMEL Control Panel box, as the following: The panel must be made of water proof fiberglass, (80*60*25 cm) size, including : LTL 3*160/100A, 3ph KWHM, NZM1 3*80A, 3A Kaga photocell,(no. 3) Moller Contactors DIL/M65 30KW, PSK Timer, over/under voltage relay protect,triple switches, MCB's, wires, busbars, all according to the drawings & all needed connectors and accessories. The item include supplying & installing all needed cable XLPE 3*25+16 between LVDB and lighting panel, Cables Guards to protect the cables, and Cable Holders to fix the cables. All works must be According to drawing and supervisor Instructions. Unit Supply, Install Connect and Test 0.6/1KV, L.V Cable 3* mm 2 CU, XLPE. The work include the following : Excavation of the cable trenches in any soil with dim. ( 50 cm width & 110 cm depth ). Supply & lay UPVC pipes (SN8 6") at cross road trenches. Supply & backfill by clean sand around the cables,as drawings. Supply & fixed 45x45x5cm concrete slabs with flexural strength (5 Mpa), along the trenches including the warning tape after Backfill clean Sand 10 cm Thickness.All needed to complete the work The work includes watering & compaction to 100% of MDD each layer with 25cm depth as per drawings & supervisor instructions. 5 Unit Quantity 1.10 Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test L.V Cable 4*16 mm 2 Cu., L.m XLPE. The work include the following : Excavation of the cable trenches in any soil with dim. ( 40 cm width & 90 cm depth ). Supply & lay spring pipe 3" at the trench. Supply & backfill by clean sand around the pipes, first layers with 50 cm depth. then warning tape and after Backfill clean Sand with 40 cm thickness. The work include all needed to connect the dwelling units M.D.Bs with electricity. All work must be according the drawings and Engineer approval Ditto but 4*25 mm2 CU, XLPE. L.m Supply and Install concrete base for future installation of Hot galvanized octagonal street light pole 8m long including bsupply l and l Install d 3" lspring b pipe d layed at 80cm fdeep das L.m following (pipe then 30cm soft sand then warning tape then 50cm sand). As per drawings and Engineer instruction Ditto but UPVC 6'' SN8 for future XLPE 3*150+70mm cable at depth 110 cm L.m Supply and Install Octagonal lighting Pole 8m, the work include supplying and installing the following : Single Arm, with 105 degree angle. 150W M.H Luminaire,chock coil, condenser, ballast ( Type : Philips Malaga SGS102/SON T150W ). 3*2.5mmsq cable inside 1 Inch flexible conduit for Luminaire. control box with 1x10 A m.c.b. All needed Bolts,Nuts,Washers,Terminal connections, Accessories, & all needed rinforced cement. All works must be According to drawing and supervisor Instructions Unit Supply, Instal, Connect,and Test N2XY Cu cable 5*10mm 2. The work include the following : Laying the cables inside the existing or new spring pipes. Repairing any damages in the existing spring pipes as required. 6 1.17 Supply and install 60 cm internal diameter precast circular reinforced concrete manhole for St. Light Earthing System, with iron cover with frame 8 ton capacity. The work includes excavation in any type of soil to any depth, backfilling with clean sand and compaction 98% MDD up to the design leveling of the roads. The item inclue all needed (4 Parallel, 18mm,3m Cu electrodes) with 3m minimum distance,cu stranded wire 35mm2 in 2'' flixable pipe to connect between the electrodes and pole, clamps,chemical treatment of the soil, all accessories to be the Ressistance less than 2 Ω. The Manhole above one electrode only. All works must be According to the drawings and supervisor instructions. Unit Quantity Unit Supply and install 35*3mm hot galvanized steel strip to connect between all existing and new earting manhols of Electrical Pillars with the proposed earthing system. The work includes excavation up to 100 cm depth, backfilling with clean sand and compaction 98% MDD up to the design leveling of the roads.the work includes all needed clamps, 70mm wires, accessories,..., etc. The price includes suppy and install 60 cm internal diameter precast manhole, with iron cover with frame 8 ton capacity. The work includes excavation and backfilling, also all needed Cu electrodes, wires 35mm2, clamps. The number of manhols and electrodes is according to be the Resistance of earthing system less than 2 Ω. All works must be According to the drawings and supervisor instructions. 7 Bill No (2) Comunication Works Unit Quantity Communication Works 1.The contractor has to submit detailed shop drawings of the coming items for the approval by the PalTel Company before starting the work. 2. The Contractor has to visit the site for inspection. 3.The price includes the cost of excavation to depth indicated in drawings and using retaining shuttering, shoring according to the instructions of Engineer, bedding of 15 cm clean sand under,around and above the pipe with compaction, backfilling of the trench up to design level in layers 25cm thick for each with compaction 98% MDD and all required tests. 4.The work includes connection of the manholes to the existing PalTel line after cleaning and adjusting the level and orientation of the existing pipes if needed according to engineer instructions. 5.The holes of the manholes have to be done using core machine. 6.The price includes reinstate repairing any damage resulted from the work, all according to specification & as per engineer instructions 2.1 Supply, install and join single line of flexible PVC pipes 3" diameter for the PalTel house connection including excavation in any ground for min. 1.5m depth, shoring, shuttering, safety measures, testing, sand beds, opining in the existing manholes and concrete around PVC pipes all according to the drawings, specifications and Engineer s Supply, install and join single line of PVC pipes 4" diameter V1. for the PalTel network with approved gasket rubber ring including excavation in any ground for min. 1.5m depth, shoring, shuttering, safety measures, testing, sand beds all L.M 25 according to the drawings, specifications and Engineer s instruction. 2.3 Ditto but double lines of PVC pipes 4" V2 L.M 25
