1 Supply List for Pre-K Students: Required items: * A back pack (large enough to hold a 9x12 pocket folder) for bringing home artwork, library/classroom books or other items. * A towel for rest time (Please write child s name on it somewhere.) * A complete change of clothes for both cold and warm weather, including socks and underwear in a one gallon ziplock bag with child s name. * A box of tissues Optional teacher wish list items -glue sticks -construction paper -baby wipes -washable paint

2 Mrs. T. Thompson s and Mrs. S. Harris s Kindergarten Class Please provide the following supplies for your child. You may bring them to school at your child s screening time or send them to school on your child s first full day. An extra change of clothes This includes: a shirt, shorts/pants, underwear, and socks. These will stay in a labeled, Ziploc bag in your child s cubby for emergencies. One regular box of Kleenex We store these to use throughout the school year. Two marble composition notebooks These have cardboard covers with a string binding on the inside instead of the wire binding. We will use them as our Journals. Two vinyl folders with pockets on the inside Plain vinyl folders with no designs, they are easy to keep clean He or she will bring home the wonderful things he/she completes at school in this folder. Two packages of glue sticks One backpack Kindergarten students cannot use rolling backpacks. One pair of ear buds (please note that the Dollar Tree sells ear buds.) One plastic pencil box Two standard, sharpened pencils Two rectangular erasers Two glue sticks One box of crayons One pair of student scissors We will organize and talk about these 6 items at school and then send them home to be your child s Homework Box. PLEASE CHOOSE TWO OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO SEND: *One container of Clorox wipes *One box of sandwich ziplock bags *One box of gallon ziplock bags *One pack of white copying paper

3 Mrs. Daniel s Kindergarten Class Supply List Your child will need the following supplies. Please bring these on your first day of school. 1 book bag (The book bag may not have rollers.) 2 packs of glue sticks 2 composition notebooks (thread bound not wired) (These usually have a black and white marble design on them.) 1 3-ring binder (1 1 ½ inch) 1 folder with pockets (your child s choice) 1 pair of scissors 1 box of crayons 1 pack of colored pencils 1 pack of white copy paper 1 pencil box 2 boxes of Kleenex tissues 1 set of ear buds (from the Dollar Tree) 2 standard #2 pencils (any kind) We will talk and learn about the above tools at school. Then we will send some items home to use as our toolbox so you will not need to buy extra items for home. 1 Complete change of clothes (Please include underwear and socks also. Put them in a zip-lock bag and put your child s name on the bag. If there is any kind of accident, your child will have fresh clothes to complete the day.) One package of white Copy & Print paper One folder with only pockets on the inside Allow your child to pick out this folder with the design of his/her choice. He or she will bring home the wonderful things he/she completes at school in this folder. Two packages of glue sticks One pair of earbuds Your child needs a simple pair of earbuds from the Dollar Store for use in the computer lab. Feel free to help me stock up on small prizes for the kids, such as wrapped candy (no gum please), pencils, erasers, small notepads, pens, etc. Dollar Tree is an excellent place to find small prizes.

8 Supply list for 3rd Grade (Ayscue/Fletcher) These are the supplies needed for BOTH classrooms! Give your supplies to your homeroom teacher at Open House (in a plastic bag with your child's name on the outside). Please do not open any packs so it will be easier for us to divide, organize, and label. No lead pencils allowed! (school rule) No pencil sharpeners allowed! composition notebooks (no wire) These are usually black and white and have strong covers. (You can buy any color, though.) Get the ones that are bound with string.
