Print photo ops typically take place immediately after a guest s Q&A session. Please allow the media guest a few minutes to take a break before arriving to the Parker Room for the photo op session. Attendees waiting for photo ops are welcome to line up outside the Parker Room.Simply ask a photo staff member where to queue up, and they will direct you. SUNDAY, JULY 10TH EVENT HOURS 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 9:00 AM -- Omaha Corgi Crew Presents: Puppy Playtime Richards Room. Corgis have a large cult following, especially in anime and pop culture. They re a beloved breed even by those who do not own them. Like Corgis but don t get enough Corgi quality time? Join the Omaha Corgi Crew for Sunday morning puppy playtime. Attendees can interact with the Crew s beloved Corgwn relaxing, playing, cuddling, and generally enriching your day. The Omaha Corgi Crew is a social group for individuals who own, have owned, or are generally interested in Corgi dogs in and around Omaha. Kid-friendly! Disclaimer: All owners bringing in dogs will be required to have previously submitted proof of current vaccinations to the group. While all dogs in attendance are socialized and interact often with people, attendees acknowledge the risk of injury or property damage in animal interactions. Attendees agree to communicate with the dogs owners prior to interacting with them and to exercise common sense in interacting with the dogs. 9:00 AM -- Fandom to Business with Project Nerd Jupiter Room. Project-Nerd Managers and Owner talk about taking their fandom and turning it into a well-known geek brand. Learn more about their enterprise at project-nerd.com. 9:00 AM -- DC Comics Deck-Building Game (Batman Family in Crisis) ; Pathfinder Society We Be Goblins Too ; PFS: The Penumbral Accords (Rec age Teen +) The Sapien Room 9:30 AM -- Lauren Tom Q&A Gordon Room. O Comic Con s Sunday festivities begin with another great Q&A session with Lauren Tom (Futurama, King of the Hill). This panel will focus on her voice acting experiences (though, of course, audience questions on any topic are welcomed). The format will be a moderated, hosted audience Q&A panel preceded by an introductory chat. This panel is open to all O Comic Con Sunday attendees. 10:00 AM -- Kids Costume Contest Sunday Kent Room. Calling all kids! Cosplay is fun for all ages. That s why we want to recognize the awesome kids who wear their coolest costumes to O Comic Con! It doesn t matter if you bought the costume or made it. This panel is all about showing it off! You may sign up for the contest at any point during the event at the event Info Desk (located right off the event entrance), but walk-on participants are welcome as well. 12 and Under welcome. All kids who participate receive a prize. One child will be named Best In Show and receive an Award Certificate as well as a $25 Gift Certificate to a local comic shop. Kid-friendly! 10:00 AM -- Fighting Like a Pirate (and Not Losing a Limb or Eyes) Jupiter Room. In this hands-on seminar, we will demonstrate practical Combative motion For Stage & Stunts. Taught by: Scroungeberry & Filibuster the weapons and stunt coordinators w/ Bellevue Berry Farm s Ranch of Terror. No Experience required. 10:00 AM -- Dr Who Yahtzee (Rec age 8+) Sapien Room. The price of this photo op is $20 and includes an 8 by 10 printed photo. 10:30 AM -- Comics Podcasts in the Midwest Danvers Room. Being away from the coasts does not mean that we in the flyover are out of the loop on comics and geeky things. Quite the contrary, several podcasts have developed locally and regionally, such as Graphic Novelty, Grawlix, Daydream Instruction Manual, WCPE, and Two Headed Nerd. Talk to some of the folks who develop these shows. Discuss the fun of making such shows and the pitfalls. Discover programs you might not know existed. 11:00 AM -- Bob McGrath and Emilio Delgado Q&A Gordon Room. Can you tell us how to get to Sesame Street? We bet these two can. Join us for a very special Q&A session with Emilio Delgado and Bob McGrath, whom you know as Luis and Bob on Page 1

2 Sesame Street. The format will be a moderated Q&A session preceded by a hosted introduction. This panel is open to all O Comic Con Sunday attendees. 11:00 AM -- DC Comics Deck-Building Game (Superman Family in Crisis) ; (DC Comics Deck-Building Game (Crisis) (Rec age Teen +) Sapien Room 11:30 AM -- Social Media and Cosplay Kent Room. Cosplay and social media go hand in hand in today s community. Join the UltraGirls and a panel of cosplay guests in discussing the ways social media has brought our world cosplay community together, changed the face of cosplay and good practices for your personal Cosplay page. This is a Q&A format panel. 11:30 AM -- Nerds and Feminism with Kelly Danger Jupiter Room. Nerds and feminists always seem to be at odds. Can they get along? Can they be the same thing? Let s talk about it. Whether you identify as a feminist, an equalist, a men s rights activist, etc. you re more than welcome to come and share/discuss your viewpoint and ours. 12:00 PM -- Art Theory in Comics Sunday 12:00 PM Danvers Room. Art theory is just something dry and stuffy you learn in college, right? Wrong. Join comics guest Brad Sun of Sun Bros Studios as he discusses how to apply art theory to the medium of comics. this panel is for both artists and non-artists: Sun will connect abstract theory to the (ctd) concrete experience of reading your favorite comic book through relevant examples in popular culture. Come expecting an interesting conversational dialogue on art in everyday life not a boring art lecture! 12:00 PM -- Emilio Delgado and Bob McGrath Print Photo Op Parker Room. There may be an opportunity for audience participation. 12:00 PM -- Pathfinder Society: Echoes of the overwatched and PFS: We be goblins free (Rec age Teen +) Sapien Room 12:30 PM -- Veronica Taylor Q&A Gordon Room. Join us for a Q&A session with voice actor Veronica Taylor (Pokemon, TMNT) as she discusses her life and career. Bring your best questions in this moderated audience Q&A session! This panel is open to all O Comic Con Sunday attendees. 1:00 PM -- Cosplayer Q&A Kent Room. Always a fan favorite. Come have a discussion with our cosplay guests about anything from advice with a particular challenge you re facing with your cosplay, or the silliest stories they ve had at events or their lives! 1:00 PM -- DC Comics Deck-Building Game (Wonder Woman Family in Crisis) (Rec age Teen +) Sapien Room 1:00 PM -- Ramblin about Wrestling Redux! Jupiter Room. Join hosts from PWP Phoenix Pro Wrestling in a chat about wrestling in general. No kayfabe in here, just straight wrestling talk! 1:30 PM -- Creating Y/A and All Ages Comics Danvers Room. Making a comic that appeals to more than just the grown-up crowd doesn t mean that you have to sacrifice story quality. Join a panel of comics creators (Lumberjanes Grace Ellis, C.W. Cooke, Ali Cantarella) who have all worked on YA and comics for younger readers and hear what they have to say about these projects. 1:30 PM -- The Hero We Deserve: Postmodern Heroism Richards Room. In the Christopher Nolan Batman Trilogy he suggests that Batman is the hero we deserve. What does that mean for us as a society? Ora McWilliams (and possibly a few guests) deconstruct the hero myth through the ages and why heroism is significantly different today than it has been in the past. 1:45 PM -- Veronica Taylor Print Photo Op Parker Room. 3 2:30 PM -- How To Draw Comics (For Kids) Danvers Room. For aspiring artists, practice makes perfect. This panel lets young participants take a hands-on approach to learning how to draw comics. Taught by Fredd Gorham, this panel helps young artists start practicing their craft! Pencils and paper will be provided. Kid-friendly! 2:30-3:45 PM -- That s No Movie! Improv Kent Room. That s No Movie is a Kansas City-based improv troupe that perform an entire movie, all made up on the spot without a script. Using just their minds and bodies, they create the characters, dialogue, props, costumes, sound effects, CGI effects, camera angles, director commentary, and more. That s No Movie covers a variety of film and tv genres from That s No Cape: An Improvised Super-Hero Movie to That s No Hockey Mask: An Improvised Slasher Flick to That s No Shopping Mall: An Improvised Zombie Movie. 2:30 PM -- Beyond the Costume. Richards Room. Hosted by Sophii Jones and Michael O Leary, this cosplay panel focuses on going beyond costumes and how to use cosplay to build a career, a business, or making a difference in the community. 2:30 PM -- IPMS Model Contest Awards Ceremony Sunday Jupiter Room. Winners of the IPMS Model Contest will be formally announced during this ceremony. 3:00 PM -- Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff Print Photo Op Parker Room.
