Entries will also be accepted at the venue till 2000 Hrs. on 8th January 2019 with a late fee of 1,000/-. No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained. Tournament Rules System of Play The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 10 rounds. Time Control 90 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1 for entire game. Default Time (Walk Over Time) The default time will be 30 minutes Draw Offer Players can t make an agreed draw before 30th black move. 8 GENERAL INFORMATION Entry Registration All the entries to be forwarded along with entry form and entry fee by DD (Delhi Cheques will also be accepted) favoring Delhi Chess Association, payable at Delhi. Address for sending the entries is the Secretary, Delhi Chess Association, C/O Hotel KC PLAZA, 5588, Basant Lane, Pharganj, New Delhi Players can also pay the entry fee and submit the entries through Delhi Chess Association online payment portal nurtr website Delhi Chess Association Mobile App availaible on Apple store & Google play store Players can also pay the entry fee directly to the following account through NEFT and forward the entry form along with transaction receipt. Please note that cash deposit in account will not be entertained. This discount will be available upto 15th November 2018 only. Players can avail one discount only. Entry Form It is mandatory to forward the entry form in the given format for accepting the entries along with prescribed entry fee. The organizing Committee has the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason. AICF Registration All Indian players must be registered with AICF for the year before the registration deadline to participate in the tournament. 9 Electronic Devices All electronic items including wrist watches (all type of watches) are not allowed in the tournament hall. Weather The Weather in Delhi during January is expected to be cold. The minimum / maximum temperature will be around 10/25 Degree Celsius. This includes three meals. 2. If want to stay in single room pay 30,000/- for entire duration of tournament. This includes three meals. IMs/WIMs 1. If want to stay in single room pay 20,000/- for superior deluxe room and 10,000/- for deluxe room for entire duration of tournament. Other Players 1. Please select your choice of roommates for triple sharing accommodation free of charges from confirmed list of players with mutual consent. 2. If you want to stay in official hotel/similar hotel (GMs are staying) 55,000/- needs to be paid for double sharing accommodation with three meals for entire duration of tournament. 3. In other hotels if you want to stay in double occupancy (Option 1 Rs 4000 each & Option each) for entire duration of stay. 4. If the player want to stay with guardian in double occupancy (Option /- & Option ) for entire duration of stay. B & C (Combined) Category 1.
