2 I ntroduction We are experts in event lighting and entertainment and we know exactly how to help you achieve the desired impact. We can arrange everything from subtle flickering candles to flashy moving disco lights and anything else in between. 3 Pricing A lighting allowance of 500 is already included in your event package. We have put together four options which you can get within this allowance at no additional cost. You can then personalise your package by adding on some of our Optional Extras to create your perfect event. Please note that all prices are excluding VAT. 3 Phone: Phone:

4 O ption 1 O ption 2 The glass dome will be breath-taking, lit up spectacularly in the colour of your choice. From golden champagne to ice blue or sultry red, the choice is yours. & lanterns along path As in Option 1, the dome will be lit up in the colour of your choice. LED uplighters Giant glow letters 12 colour changeable uplighters will be placed at the bottom of pillars and underneath plant pots inside the Great Conservatory. These add an extra touch of glamour and tie in with your colour theme. These giant glowing letters are a fantastic focal point and a very popular photo opportunity! They can be placed inside the Great Conservatory or at the top of the steps. We have a full alphabet, an ampersand and a hashtag. LED uplighters Glow letters 5 Phone: Phone:

5 O ption 3 As in Option 1, the dome will be lit up in the colour of your choice. O ption 4 As in Option 1, the dome will be lit up in the colour of your choice. Lantern pathway The pathway leading up to the Great Conservatory will be lined with 60 softly twinkling lanterns, creating an enchanting walkway. Lantern pathway Sound system We will provide a high quality, reliable sound system including a handheld microphone. Perfect for speeches and announcements, and for playing your own music. 7 Spotlights on fountain: 70 Light wash on trees: 250 Turn the ornate fountain into a real feature piece with some cleverly placed spotlights. They will reflect beautifully on the water and bathe the statue in light. Spotlights on fountain This option is wonderfully impressive using 6 floodlights to throw behind the Mercury Fountain to create a striking ring of light on to the trees encompassing the Great Conservatory. It adds a fairy-tale feel to the surrounding woodland and creates a really special event space. Light wash on trees Fairy lights in bushes: 130 per pair Floating lights in pond: 60 Strings of fairy lights will be draped around the topiary bushes on the lawns of the Great Conservatory. 8 Indoor lighting LED uplighters: colour changeable uplighters will be placed at the bottoms of pillars and underneath plant pots inside the dome. These add an extra touch of glamour and tie in with your colour theme. LED uplighters Moving disco lights: 295 Get the party started with these moving disco lights. Situated high on the walls, they ll roam around the dance floor creating a lively party atmosphere. Moving disco lights Flower Float table centres: each Gobo projection: 180 A majestic and elegant option, these table centres feature large flower heads entwined in wire floating in a tall, perspex vase. The colour changing bases mean they can be lit in any colour of your choice. Minimum order of 10. A wonderful way to personalise your event, your initials (or a word of your choice) will be projected onto the floor. This looks brilliant in photographs, and adds something a little different to your celebration. Flower Float table centres Gobo projection Acrylic Candelabra table centres: 62 each Giant glow letters: 320 A modern twist on a classic shape, the acrylic candelabra is a chic centrepiece. Battery tea lights will twinkle into the night, and the colour changing bases give the candelabras a beautiful glow. Minimum order of 10.
