3 THE BANQUETING HALL CEREMONY Ivory Carpet Runner Bespoke made ivory carpet runner for your ceremony in Hengrave Hall s Banqueting Hall. 8.5m long, 1m wide. Professional woven carpet with edging. Price includes: Hire of carpet runner, underlay matting and securing safety tape. Installed by our crew prior to your ceremony and removal of items after. Inspirational additions... LED Candles Enhance your ceremony with candles on the ends of each aisle (or every other aisle). They can also be placed within the fireplace, on the mantel piece or lining the stairs as you make your way into the ceremony. 4 EVENING PARTY Banqueting Hall Lighting Hire Package * If you are considering an alternative form of entertainment for your evening celebrations, our lighting hire package will be perfect to create a party atmosphere in the Banqueting Hall. This includes... Delivery and set up of all lighting prior to the start of any evening proceedings. Lighting comprises of LED bars to enhance the stained glass window. Two moving colour effects placed up high on the Minstrels Gallery to project down onto the dance floor. Up-lighting of the period features in the room with six LED up-lighters positioned around the room to create a fantastic atmosphere. The colour can be chosen by you to suit your wedding theme. Breakdown and collection of all lighting after your event. Band / Performer Lighting * The addition of our band lighting will light most 3-5 group member bands. A bank of wash lights will project coloured light down from the Minstrels Gallery onto your band and fade between a selection of colours.

5 Gobo Projection * The use of static gobo projection can be used to enhance the Banqueting Hall by adding a burst of a breakout gobo or a patterned effect. These images are projected across the walls from the Minstrels Gallery. Popular images can include; stars, woodland, trees, butterflies, snowflakes and patterns. For an additional cost custom made gobos can be designed. Pricing includes: Required stands, 3 projection units, gobos and dimming pack. Custom Gobo Projection * Your own personal design projected onto the dance floor or wall within the Banqueting Hall. You design is made into a projection disc which is then yours to keep after your day. This fee is for the client to provide the finished design. Our design team can provide this service for an addtional fee. Please also note that if the design is very intricate this may result in higher costings for production as this will require a glass gobo. Mr & Mrs Gobo Projection * Generic gobo design projected on the dancefloor or wall in the banqueting

6 Hanging Vintage Lamps * Arranged over the Minstrels Gallery at varying heights the vintage lamps are dimmed to produce a warm natural glow from large filaments. Pricing includes: 8 vintage filament lamps, cabling and dimming pack. Fairy Lighting Cascade * Warm glow fairy lighting strings draped over the Minstrels Gallery at varying heights producing a cascade of light. Pricing includes: A selection of 15 fairy light strings.

7 Fairy Lighting within the Fire Grate with a small selection of LED Candles * Long warm white fairy light string casually placed within the fire grate and surrounding hearth with a small selection (3-6) of our standard LED candles. Forms a centre piece to the Banqueting Hall and a fantastic enhancement to the party atmosphere. Premium Moving Flame, Flickering LED Candles placed within the Fire Grate * 15 of our Luminara candles distributed within the fire grate creating a real flame effect in the amazing central fireplace of the Banqueting Hall. only have one delivery and collection fee but may incur additional crew charges where applicable. 8 THE LONG GALLERY Up-Lighting of the Long Gallery * Price includes: 8-10 warm glow up-lighters positioned around the Long Gallery for the duration of your wedding breakfast and evening party.

9 LED Candles With the use of real candles not allowed at Hengrave Hall our LED candles are the perfect alternative for clients wishing to create this effect. Use them in the Church, Long Gallery, Banqueting Hall, Courtyard, West Terrace or anywhere you like! (If a large quantity of candles is required a custom package price can be provided upon request). Standard: Flickering LED Candles (per set of 3)*. * Price for a set of 3 flickering LED Candles made from wax. Candle function is switched on / off Includes batteries in hire price. Each candle varies in width from 2 to 4 Each candle varies in height from 2 to 5 Mixed sized candles provided in hire service (specific sizes can be requested if required). Premium: Luminara Moving Flame, Flickering LED Candles (per set of 3)*. A set of 3 Luminara Moving Flame Flickering LED Candles made from real wax. Candle function is switched on / off, plus timer (on for 5 hours, off for 19 hours). Includes batteries in hire price. Each candle is 3 wide. 1x candle 5 tall 1x candle 7 tall 1x candle 9 tall Mixed sized candles provided in hire service (specific sizes can be requested if required).

10 LED Candles Continued... Taper Candles (per set of 5)*. Tall slim LED candle. A set of 5 LED Taper Candles with wax drip effect. Candle function is switched on / off, Includes batteries in hire price. Each candle is 1 wide. LED Tealight (per tealight)*. Small LED Tealight unit. Candle function is switched on / off, Includes batteries in hire price.

11 THE COURTYARD Courtyard Feature Festoon Lighting * Lamped festoon strings hung from each corner of the Courtyard into the central well creating a dramatic over head effect and illuminating the Courtyard for your guests to enjoy. Festoons are supplied with a control unit so they can be dimmed to create the desired effect.

12 Courtyard Up-Lighting Package * Six wireless battery powered up-lighters positioned around the Courtyard to enhance the period architectural features of this area. The up-lighters can be set to your choice of colour to match your wedding theme. (Festoons/fairy lighting pictured not included.) Floating Kilner Jars * 10 Kilner jars suspended to create a floating effect from the well structure within the central Courtyard. Jars can contain led tea lights or small warm glow fairy light clusters to create a firefly in the jar effect.

13 Bay Tree Fairy Lighting * The large central Courtyard within Hengrave Hall has four bay trees positioned in each corner. We are able to drape each of these with warm golden fairy light strings to vibrantly glow throughout the evening. Fairy Lighting around the Well * WARM GLOW FAIRY LIGHTING FANS: Installed at both or at either end of the marquee with 10 fairy light strings cascading down from the supporting pole. Also includes the wrapping of the supporting pole. A great effect above the dancefloor or bar area. Warm glow fairy light strings wrapped around the central well structure. Includes 20 weather proof standard LED candles of varying heights positioned around the steps to the well.

14 THE WEST TERRACE Path Walkway Options Festoon Walkway * Create a breath taking walkway from the house down to the central fountain with our festoon lighting hung from shepherds crooks. Complementing and highlighting the definitive features of the external grounds and creating the perfect atmosphere during the afternoon and evening.

15 Hanging Votive Walkway * Individual votives containing a single LED tea light hung from our custom forged shepherd crooks spaced evenly along both sides of the path from the terrace up to the central fountain.

16 Fairy light Walkway * Black or white string warm white fairy lighting hung from our custom forged shepherd crooks spaced evenly along both sides of the path from the terrace up to the central fountain.

17 Low Level Lawn Lighting * We are able to create a fantastic atmosphere outside on The West Terrace. By placing 5 external weather proof units within the flower beds we can project a warm gold glow across the lawn area. This is perfect for those long summer evenings when you wish your guests to carry on enjoying the grounds and garden games into the night. This service also gives added effect for the evening if fireworks are arranged. Price includes all exterior cabling and fixtures. West Terrace Garden Tree Up-Lighting * Enhance the stunning garden at Hengrave using our high powered outdoor up-lighters with a warm glow. Showing the depth and height of 4 of the trees to the left of the west terrace. This service complements our Low Level Lawn lighting perfectly.

18 Fairy Lighting within the Lavender Border * Warm glow fairy lighting draped within the lavender border fronting the West Terrace. Creates a fantastic, magical and striking effect for guests when walking out to the stunning gardens. Fairy Lighting around the Central Garden Fountain * Warm glow fairy lighting placed all around the central garden fountain. When guests explore the gardens this makes a nice focal point of the central fountian within the rose border.

19 Yew Tree Up-lighting Beyond the West Terrace the garden area at Hengrave is completely dark after dusk, but this area can be transformed with our outdoor up-lighting units. Set to your desired colour to create a fantastic effect for your guests to enjoy throughout the evening. 20 AROUND HENGRAVE HALL Fairy Lighting and a set of Standard LED Candles (per Location)*. A string of warm glow fairy lights (2m) and a set of 3 to 5 of our standard LED candles can be placed at various locations around Hengrave Hall. Perfect for window sills, such as those looking into the central courtyard or tables inside or out to create a whimsical feel. (Candle information can be found here) Dense Fairy Lighting and 5 Premium LED Candles (per Location)*. A string of warm glow fairy lights (10m) and 5 of our premium Luminara Moving Flame, flickering LED candles can be placed at various locations around Hengrave Hall. 21 LIGHT UP LOVE LETTERS Light up LOVE Letters * Hire our large light up LOVE letters for a fantastic effect. Whether they are placed in the Banqueting Hall for your evening party or within the Long Gallery for your wedding breakfast our letters are perfect for photo s or to create a great party atmosphere. Each letter is 1.2m high, 0.90m wide and 0.2m deep Static warm glow effect Can be placed inside or out. Free standing High quality gloss white finish. To be installed in a selected area at Hengrave Hall**. **If the letters are required to be moved, an additional fee will be applicable for a crew member to remain on site. The letters can only be moved by a member of the Dreamwave Events team.
