The skull has a yellow bandanna and it is sitting on a red barrel. Blackbeard is born in 1680 in England, under the name Edward Teach or Edward Thatch. Before he dies in 1718, he sails the ship Queen Ann s Revenge. He is not a violent pirate. He keeps all his treasures in a silver chest, in which he has many gold coins and a silver hook. Nobody knows why he has that silver hook. It is still a mystery. Calico Jack, an English pirate with the real name Jack Rackham, is born in He is famous for his colourful clothes. He dies in 1720 in Port Royal, in Jamaica. He and his group of pirates participate in many battles, on the shore and on the water. But the most famous one is the cannon battles from 1710, when he captures two ships, a hundred pistols and a big fortune. 1.
