(ITB ) Council Action Requested: Council is requested to renew ITB Printing Services annual contract to & Office Supply, Print Team, Inc., and orate per the attached tabulation sheet with secondary awards going to the next lowest bidder. Background Information: This is the final renewal option for this contract. The original contract was awarded October 9, 2008, Agenda Item 1I. & Office Supply and Marfield Corporate Staionery will remain firm on pricing. Print Team decreased 34 items and increased 24, of which are still lowest and best prices. Contract period is October 15, 2010 through October 14, Board/Citizen Input: N/A Financial Considerations: Funds are budgeted within individual departments for FY budget.
