1 Date Activity Trip Miles Description Leave for M.S.F.A Convention Contest Day at M.S.F.A Convention Memorial Service - Fish Tales Fundraiser Monday Tuesday Wednesday Miles Practice and get ready for contest on Sunday Miles - Interview & on stage, Won MSFA Miss Fire Prevention Paid tribute to the fallen firefighters and turned my candle on and stood up for Montgomery County. - Attend the fundraiser at Fish Tales for the MD Fallen Firefighters Memorial, also walked around with a boot and asked for donations for the memorial Miles - Opening Ceremony - Meet Liz Marks (Don t text and drive) - Spoke at L.A.M.S.A meeting - State Fire Marshalls report - Risk Watch - Family Fun night at Jolly Rogers - Purse & Bag Bingo Miles - Helped with M.S.F.A awards - Helped with Fire Marshall Awards - Montgomery Co. Hospitality House - Walked around the exhibits - Installation of officers - Pajama & Costume Contest Miles - MD fire Chiefs booth (pick raffle winner) - Spoke at M.S.F.A meeting& also picked the $10,000 raffle winners - Parade (rode through on tram) - Parade awards

Meeting Walkersville Fire Company Parade - Hang up Never leave your child alone in a car posters. - Manchester Vol. Fire Dept. Carnival - Winfield Miss Fire Prevention contest Miles - Executive meeting (sell 50/50 & gave a my 1 st report) - Shorebirds baseball game (1 st Responders game) Miles - Rode around on golf course and checked on golfers and gave out sodas and water. - Sold 50/50 at the Lunch/Awards was an amazing convention Miles - Talked to the group about having working smoke alarms in their homes. They also gave me a tour of the emergency communications set up and got to listen to the radio and hear what it would sound like if there was a true emergency Miles - Gave my first report and thanked them for all their support Miles - Rode through parade in utility, saw Frederick County Little, Jr & Miss. Walked around and handed out stickers, and played bingo Miles - In Damascus (Library, Senior Center, Bright Eyes Daycare, Weis, Safeway, McDonalds, and Red Rooster) Miles - Walked around talked to people about and know 2 ways out, also passed out stickers. Played bingo Miles - I got to judge their contest, all did a very good job! Had dinner meat loaf, and mashed potatoes. Saw the pink heals tour.

3 Make Fire Prevention Posters for Parades and Damascus Open House - Guardian Hose Vol. Fire Dept. & Thurmont Ambo. Co Miles - Made poster for hear the beep wear you sleep & working smoke alarms save lives test your every month Miles - Attended their parade, went through on the utility had made posters on it and won Judges Choice Award. Also walked around talked to people about fire prevention topics and passed out stickers Damascus Days Parade Miles - Rode on Antique and passed out 150 open house invitations Damascus Vol. Fire Dept. Open House - Johnnie Roth & Darby Byrd s Open House - Allegheny/Garrett County Association Meeting - Frederick County Vol. Fire & Rescue Association 80 th Annual Convention - Urbana Vol. Fire Dept. Carnival Miles - Set up a display with my A- Z Book, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Alarms, Can We See You, and Know 2 ways out. I talked to adults and kids about important fire safety topics. I also asked questions and gave out prizes Miles - Celebrated there new year, and talked to officers and past officers of the M.S.F.A and the L.A.M.S.F.A Miles - Attended their meeting, I introduced myself and told that if they needed anything to please let me know Miles - Attended and gave a speech about who I was and if they needed anything to please let me know. I also helped to sell 50/50, count out placemats, and lead the Pledge Miles - I helped in the raffle stand and also walked around and talked about Fire Prevention topics and gave out stickers.

4 Montgomery County Fair Workday Miles - Spoke about the use of a Fire Extinguishers Mt. Airy Vol. Fire Dept. Parade Miles - Rode on D.V.F.D Antique. Walked around and talked to adults and children about fire prevention and handed out stickers Montgomery County Fair Workday Miles - Spoke about the use of a Fire Extinguisher and when to use one and not to use one. After I was done a lady came up to me and said the night before she had a dream her house was on fire, and that today I was teaching her how to use a fire extinguisher Reese Carnival Miles - Passed out stickers and talked to the flameless candle lady about her product D.V.F.D Aux. Meeting 8.40 Miles - I attended the meeting and gave a report of what I have been doing Prince Georges Co. Tribute Miles - Attended their tribute for years of service. I also met Mike Miller Maryland senate President Harford Co. Fair Miles - Visited the safety house, where I worked with Gabby. Talked to adults and children about Fire safety and gave out stickers. Helped at the $10,000 raffle stand Carroll County Fair Miles - I helped at the children s day tent with the simulator, Door Hanger Make it take it and passed out information. Saw over 1,000 kids National Night Out Miles - Went to New Windsor Fire Dept., passed out stickers, and walked around and visited their Fire Prevention Booth.

5 Montgomery County Fair Workday Miles - Spoke about Fire Extinguishers Hacks Point Parade and Fair Miles - Walked through the parade, decorated the car with fire prevention poster. Talked to other Little, Jr, and Misses. Won 2 nd best appearing senior Miss Howard County Fair Miles - Walked through parade, and passed out stickers Hampstead Carnival Miles - Went and supported their Miss Contest. Supported their raffle. Also talked to people about fire prevention and passed out stickers Montgomery County Fair Miles - Visited the Montgomery county Fire and Rescue tent, talked to people about and smoke alarms. I also passed stickers out D.V.F.D Aux Meeting 8.40 Miles - I attended the meeting and gave a report of what I have been doing LAMSFA & MSFA Fire Preventions and Life Safety Committee Meeting Miles - I attended both the LAMSFA Fire Prevention meeting and the MSFA Fire Prevention & Life Safety Committee Meetings. I gave my report of what I have been doing and also gave my presentation that I gave in Ocean City. Total Events 37
