Utilizing various techniques, we laminate glass with various substrates that includes Painted Glass; Fabric; Wire Mesh; Wood Veneer; and, photographic images and graphic designs of paper. This is fine-tuned through control of opacity, light transmission, and diffusion. Transparency is the light transmittance through glass to make distinctly visible objects on the opposite side. Super Glass Industry caters completely opaque to completely transparent Glass in various designs. Translucent glass diffuses the light transmitted through it, to make objects on the opposite side not clearly visible. SGI produces variety of frost densities looking like etched and sandblasted glass with various degrees of translucency. 3 FABRIC General information: Maximum panel size: 1000 mm x 4000mm Thicknesses: Depends on the size of the panel and its application. Type of glass: Clear Float Glass is economical, but its greenish tint affects the colors like yellow, orange and red; and, light colored fabric laminates. The Low Iron glass is the better choice to preserve the true colors as mentioned. Cut-outs, notches, holes and Edge detail: Laminated glass requiring cut-outs, notches or holes and Edge Detail are tempered. Safety: Laminated panels are safety glass conform to ASTM 1036C. Variants in fabric: Fabrics have various colours and the color shade varies as well from roll to roll. Therefore, to ensure there are no color shade glitches, we guarantee orders are done using fabrics that come from the same roll or batch. External use: Fabric laminated glass is for interior use only. Combining processes: Fabric laminates can be combined with backpainting and sandblasting. Mirroring: Laminated Mirrored glass when used as one of the layers, provides a reflective and opaque panel suitable for cladding Fabric laminates: We laminate a wide assortment of fabrics. The fabric is sandwiched between layers of clear PVB, to add texture, colour and pattern to laminated glass. We have an array of standard fabric laminates to choose from. 14 Painted Colors The PAINTED color interlayer is for reducing solar gain. The painted glass filters the UV light. Interlayer include structural glass applications, exposed edge laminates, floors, stairs, balconies, canopies, point glazing systems, clip systems, captured systems, curtain wall, sloped and overhead glazing, and glazing applications in which it is necessary for glass to remain intact after breakage.
