2 Unusual Antique French Rosary w/blue Art Glass & Extra Medals Gorgeous little faceted art glass beads with clear and blue glass highlight this sweet rosary. Get the same look as a much more expensive antique French rosary for a bargain price! This little rosary has aluminum medals and center, while the crucifix is white metal with a thin sheet of mother of pearl look celluloid behind the corpus. Each little spacer medal has a profile of Mary on one side and flowers and a cross on the back. Most likely from the middle of the 20th century. The rosary is just shy of 17" when laid flat. Sold for $95.00 Antique French Amethyst Crystal w/gilt Rosary w/extra Medals Stunningly beautiful antique French rosary with amethyst crystal (glass) beads and gilt crucifix, center and extra medals. Each little gilt medal has a profile of Jesus while the center has Jesus with Crown of Thorns on one side and Mary on the other. Absolutely lovely antique rosary! The crucifix looks typically eastern European rather than French- but the little extra medals are very French. All metal is gilt brass. The rosary is 18" when laid flat. Sold for $165.00

The metal is gold gilt with very little wear. There are several spots on the corpus with a little wear from touch, but the center is in perfect condition.

Note the lovely detailed reverse of the crucifix. The beads are light-weight silver colored metal of some sort. One bead has a dent- this shows in the pictures.

3 Beautiful Antique Blue Cut Glass Rosary from WWI Era Graceful and lovely in Mary's blue, this sweet rosary has the same center that WWI soldier's rosaries have, with Mary on the front and Jesus carrying the cross on the reverse. The beads are a beautiful shade of blue, with the Pater beads slightly darker with simple caps. The metal is gold gilt with very little wear. There are several spots on the corpus with a little wear from touch, but the center is in perfect condition. The rosary is just shy of 20" when laid flat. As with all the rosaries on the site (unless specifically stated in the description) all 59 beads are present. Sold for $ You Victorian Metal Rosary- Just Lovely! The highly detailed crucifix and center may be silver or silver plate- I am leaning towards silver as I can see no underlying brass showing through. Note the lovely detailed reverse of the crucifix. The beads are light-weight silver colored metal of some sort. One bead has a dent- this shows in the pictures. More a collector rosary than one for daily use- it has a tendency to kink a little. Would be an absolutely lovely rosary for display and occasional use. It is a petite rosary at 17" in length when laid flat. Note the stylized M center- very typically Victorian era. Sold for $95.00

4 Stunning Antique/Vintage Sterling and Crystal Rosary, Large and Heavy Fabulous antique/vintage sterling and crystal rosary, weighs a heavy 80 grams and what a beauty this rosary is! Note the large and detailed crucifix and center- one of the most beautiful centers I've seen. The center is 3/4" and the crucifix is over 2 1/4" in length. The rosary is over 27" in length when laid flat. Notice the wonderful construction of the rosary with the wound sterling connectors at the center and crucifix and the extra circular link between each bead that prevents kinking. Both the center and crucifix are marked sterling and the crucifix is marked AP also. This rosary has had use and the beautifully faceted beads show some minor wear. Reverse of Crucifix and Center with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. Sold for $ Unique Beads! Antique 1800 s Puffed Heart Rosary with Odd Crucifix This is as unique as can be. I have never seen these beads on a rosary before. They are black with white spots, then we have the puffed heart center and the odd crucifix. The crucifix looks carved of some kind of man-made composition material. I won't say the "p" word because this is way too early for that, but there were many precursors over the decades. I would dare say, there is not another rosary like this one anywhere in the world! 20" in length when laid flat, it hails from France. Note- there is some corrosion on the links above the crucifix. Sold for $145.00

Natural un dyed Mediterranean coral beads and lovely Art Nouveau design, this dainty rosary is a true treasure for the high end collector of antique jewelry or rosaries. Note the beautiful silver spacers on either side of the Pater beads, each one has the face of Mary on one side and Jesus on the other. At 16 3/4" in length, it is much larger than most antique French coral rosaries that average 12" or so. Simply delightful, it deserves to be showcased in a collection. Although it definitely could be used, the age and preciousness make it impractical for an everyday rosary.
