All scroll and design work will be made using 5/8 to 1 solid steel bars, depending on design. All doors will be built using double paned, tempered glass with a total thickness of 5/8. All doors will have an operating glass door(s), and optional magnetically attached removable steel screen(s). All doors have been dipped in hot zinc, then sprayed with an acrylic primer which is then baked on. The doors are then sprayed twice with the selected color and clear coated for protection. All doors and frames are filled with closed cell, high density foam, for the highest quality insulation and sound dampening. All doors include a 10 year warranty, if installed by Love That Door or approved sub-contractors. Warranty includes all scroll work and hinges. All glass has a 2 year warranty against leakage or seal breakage. All weather stripping is guaranteed for 2 years.
