5 Granite and Quartz Options Quartz 92% natural quartz stone, engineered for consistent colour, non-porous, no sealing required, heat/scratch/stain resistant and maintenance free. Only available with rectangular sinks. The below pictures are a representation of our Quartz and Granite Tops. Granite is a natural product and therefore every vanity top is unique, with its own characteristics. No two pieces are alike. There may be variances in colour and pattern between the pictures, in-store samples, and your vanity top. 10 OUR MULTI-STEP FINISHING PROCESS SETS US APART Stain Finish: 1. Selected from the finest maple, birch or oak lumber. 2. Lumber is kiln dried to 8% humidity for optimal performance. 3. Base colour is applied by hand spray & air dried for thirty minutes. 4. Wash coat is applied by a hand spray. 5. Components air dry for ten minutes & cure in oven for 30 minutes. 6. All surfaces are lightly hand sanded with 400 grit sand paper. 7. Glaze is applied utilizing a soft brush to enhance grain details. 8. Finish is allowed to cure in oven for 20 minutes. 9. A sealer is applied to strengthen the finish & seal out moisture. 10. Sealed surfaces are hand sanded again with 400 grit sand paper creating a very smooth & uniform surface. 11. After sanding - colour revision is required to produce the overall colour match. 12. Another coat of sealer is applied as well as a clean up around the sides and edges with a dry brush. 13. A premium quality catalyzed varnish top coat is applied, making our products scratch, scuff, moisture & stain resistant. 14. Our last step is a rigorous final inspection ensuring that each finished part meets our high quality standards. Urban Oak - with additional wire brush treatment for a contemporary finish Painted Finish: 1. Selected from the finest maple or birch lumber. 2. Lumber is kiln dried to 8% humidity for optimal performance. 3. Centre panels are made of HDF ( High Density Fiberboard ) to minimize expansion and contraction. 4. Each wood component is sanded to a smooth and even surface. 5. After sanding, the doors are sent to be dusted and inspected. 6. Once approved for production the doors are painted with a heavily pigmented sealer. 7. After curing the doors are sanded. 8. Steps 6 & 7 are repeated for a smooth and even finish. 9. After sanding, a heavily pigmented lacquer is sprayed to reach the final finish requirement. 10. 11 LINEN TOWER INTEGRATION Custom Integration for a perfect fit Linen Towers have a matching finished interior and are available with an open upper shelf or an upper door. It s your choice and it s the same price! Linen towers can be installed 3 unique ways. Free standing, tight against a wall or for a perfect finish you can also integrate the linen tower(s) with your vanity. No matter what your preference our linen tower will complete the look of your bathroom. Install the linen tower free-standing as it is finished on all three sides or against a wall by cutting back the crown molding and using a filler strip. Same price Side splash is precut for Linen Tower Integration We customize the vanity top to ensure a perfect fit between the linen tower and vanity cabinet. The linen tower decorative kick is designed to integrate seamlessly with the vanity decorative kick. A ¾ filler closes the gap and the side splash is also cut down for a custom look. When purchasing a linen tower, please consult a sales associate and choose from the linen tower layout options on page 13. We will prepare the linen tower(s) according to your layout, making the installation as easy as possible. NOTE: When integrating a linen tower and vanity we recommend the installation be performed by a skilled trades or competent home owner with good knowledge of hand tools. MEDICINE CABINETS New Design! 15 Project Planning & Installation Tips! 1. Accurately measure your bathroom. Make note of 6. Select your cabinet colour, stone top colour, mirror size, sink colour and choose the desired drilling pattern for your faucets. 4. If your cabinet is up against a wall, don t forget to order a filler for a perfect fit. 1 fillers are free of charge with the purchase of your vanity. 5. When integrating a linen tower and vanity we recommend the installation be performed by a skilled trades or competent home owner with good knowledge of hand tools. Note: We suggest accurately measuring the opening and ordering the top 1 4 smaller to allow some room to fit the top in place. NEVER force the stone top in place. If your walls are out of square, notch the drywall to allow the top to sit flush on the cabinet with no stress or pressure on the granite. Once set in place your stone top is very durable and will last a lifetime, but while handling and installing it is fragile. Please treat your stone top as though it were glass. 7.
