12 The Beauty of Real Wood Cabinetry Natural wood, such as maple, is a strong, fine-grained wood that is mainly off-white, it may contain light hues of yellow-brown or pink. It may also contain natural "imperfections" which add character and uniqueness to the wood, and may even enhance the beauty and overall look of your cabinets. 13 The Finest of Furniture Finishes Our J&K s solid wood cabinet finishes are processed through the following steps which include their craftsmanship details: The finest solid maple wood is sanded until smooth and vacuumed. 2. An equalizer stain is applied to balance the base color of the wood A toner is applied to establish color uniformity. NOTE Not actual product; image for reference only. 4. A deep penetrating stain is applied to reveal the hidden beauty of the natural grain. 5. All stained surfaces are hand-rubbed and wiped of excess stain and then slowly air-dried. 6. A wood sealer is applied, penetrating all exposed wood surfaces for uniform protection. 7. All surfaces are hand-sanded, providing a smooth, consistent surface. 8. A glaze is applied by hand (if applicable). 9. A color consistency examination is performed with additional touch-up if needed. 10. A final protective top coat is applied, maximizing resistance to scuffing, moisture, fading and most household chemicals. 12

14 Standard Features All J&K Cabinets and Vanities are constructed with 100% solid wood and proudly come with the following STANDARD features: 1. Door Panel: 3/4 -thick solid wood; full overlay door. 2. Door Hinge: 6-way adjustable; soft-close metal; hidden Euro-style. 3. Adjustable Shelf: 5/8 -thick cabinet-grade plywood; clear coat finish on all sides and edges; with metal shelf rests. 4. Drawer: 1/2 -thick solid wood on all sides; full extension pull-out; dovetail construction. 5. Drawer Glide: full extension pull-out; soft-close metal; concealed under-mount. 6. Plywood Box: 1/2 to 5/8 -thick cabinet-grade plywood; clear coat finish on interior sides; matching color finish on exterior sides. 7. Metal Bracket: corner bracket reinforcements in base cabinets for maximum stability. 8. Door Bumper: promote quiet-closing and reduce slamming for maximum durability. NOTE: As we continue to improve our product quality and design, the actual functionality of Door Hinges and Drawer Glides may vary slightly between existing and newer product styles and finishes. 16 J&K Cabinetry Arizona 2017 Warranty and Return Policy J&K Cabinetry LLC warrants the original purchaser, for a period of One (1) year from the date of pickup or delivery from our Phoenix, AZ. facility, that the product manufactured by us is to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and used in a typical temperature controlled residential environment. Warranty Coverage This warranty applies to cabinet frames, cabinet doors (warping outside of 1/8 ), and cabinet drawer fronts. We reserve the right to repair or replace any, and or all, affected products at our discretion should the product prove defective under normal use. We require a minimum of Fourteen (14) business days to repair or replace the product. Coverage Exclusions This warranty does not include nor cover the cost of transportation/shipping of the defective product(s) to and from our Phoenix facility. This warranty does not apply to dings, dents, scratches or any damage related to poor handling, storage, misuse, modifications, or damage of any sort caused from installation. This warranty does not cover cabinetry that has not been maintained or stored in a climate controlled environment. To minimize wood warpage and expansion cabinetry in general should not be exposed to high or low temperatures outside of a typical occupied residence and or, extremely high or low humidity fluctuations. Any naturally occurring change in the characteristics of wood (color, texture, grain) will not be covered under our warranty. Color variations for repairs/replacements are not covered by this warranty. It is the purchasers responsibility to review all doors and drawers for any defects prior to drilling for hardware installation. We will not replace a door or drawer in the advent it has been drilled out and the defect is determined repairable Do not drill into the miter. We are not responsible, nor do we warranty miter cracks if drilled within the miter. NOTE: All warranty items must be brought in or shipped to our office for review prior to repair or replacement. If you cannot get the item to us, you will be charged the full amount of item(s) and refunded when we receive the item(s). Returns All assembled, modified or custom cabinet sales are final. Please review your order prior to purchase and make sure everything (color, sizes, quantities, modifications) is correct. There is a Fifteen (15) % Restocking Fee for unused trim pieces (original size, no marks/scratches ), and flat-packed cabinets in its original protective packaging. The purchaser has Fourteen (14 ) business days from the day their order(s) was delivered or picked up from our Phoenix facility to return/exchange the item(s). No Cash/Card Refund, In-Store Credit will be issued to the account. 15

The CARB2 compliant seal indicates that the product s formaldehyde levels are well within the safety limits.
