Pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. Freight terms are F.O.B. Factory. ZONED FREIGHT PROGRAM Tavo Contract offers its customers a zoned freight program where freight charges are prepaid and added to invoice. Freight cost is calculated as a percentage of LIST price per shipment based on the zone in which the delivery address is located. Please refer to the map below for zone percentages. The percentages apply to ALL order sizes shipping via either LTL or small parcel; however for orders less than $4,000 5% CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND CUSTOM ORDERS: All changes and cancellations to standard product orders are subject to approval and may be subject to surcharges. Custom orders for nonstandard products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. If a customer requests a delay in shipment from originally scheduled ship date, storage charges may apply. LIST that ship via LTL carrier, Tavo Contract charges an additional $100 minimum order charge. This minimum charge DOES NOT APPLY to small parcel shipments. 2% RETURNS: All returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking charge. Only standard products are eligible for returns. All returned product must be packed in original packaging, unused, in sellable condition within 30 days of invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This program applies to dock-to-dock deliveries within the 48 contiguous states ONLY. Our customers are responsible for any accessorial charges such as lift gate, inside delivery, call-inadvance, or after hours deliveries. For pre-arranged accessorial charges, Tavo Contract will add the actual charges to the original invoice. For unforeseen accessorial charges incurred at time of delivery, Tavo Contract will issue a separate invoice for the actual charges. For Canadian or other international shipments, please call for details. 4% CONFERENCE, TRAINING & DINING STANDARD FINISHES HIGH-PRESSURE LAMINATES Tavo Contracts extensive use of high-pressure laminates across our product portfolio allows us to offer a nearly limitless laminate program. Standard laminates from Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar, and Pionite are available for any Tavo Contract laminate model with no upcharges or extended lead-times. We would welcome the opportunity to quote on premium laminates from these manufacturers, as well as other special order laminates. 2 PRODUCT LAMINATE TOPS Laminate tables meet or exceed BIFMA standards. High-pressure laminate is standard. The standard core is 1 1/8 thick, high-density, 45 lb. industrial grade particleboard. MDF Core will be substituted for tables with PVC Knife (PK) and Wood Knife (WM) edges. The standard core meets or exeeds California Air Resources Board (CARB) Regulation Phase 1 & 2 emission limits, and ANSI A The lamination process consists of laminate and backer sheets being adhered to core material under pressure with a waterbased, formaldehyde-free, low VOC adhesive. All tops have a phenolic backer sheet. VENEER TOPS All tops are constructed of book-matched, architectural grade veneer on 1 1/8 thick, highdensity, 45 lb. industrual grade particle board. MDF Core will be substituted for tables with Micro Wood Knife (WM) edges. The standard core meets or exceeds California Air Resources Board (CARB) Regulation Phase 1 & 2 emission limits. The veneer is stained with a penetrating wood dye, followed by two coats of high solids pre-catalyzed lacquer. The finish is hand sanded between coats of lacquer. Wood Edges are solid wood. Veneers and Wood have a semi-open pore finish with a 35% sheen. TAVOCAST BASES Construction is a combination of bolted & welded components. Foot components are cast aluminum. Vertical columns are 13-gauge steel tubing. Base height is 27 3/4 for an overall nominal table height of 29. TUBULAR BASES Construction is welded for maximum strength and stability. Tubing is 2 diameter, 14-gauge steel. End caps are welded and polished to look like solid steel. Base height is 27 3/4 for an overall nominal table height of 29. ROUND & SQUARE PEDESTAL BASES Mounting plates are welded to columns. Round and Square base plates are bolted to center column with two screws from the bottom side for extra strength and anti-rotation. Column is 16-gauge steel.
