Based on the table top type, production will vary on how materials are applied. 3. Edge types are applied with glue, nails and pocket-screws. All Solid Wood Edges are dovetail joined. 4. Stain [if applicable] is applied and the finish process is applied. 5. All table tops are cured / dried, inspected, packed and crated for shipping. 6. Individual custom crates are built for table top orders ensuring damage-free deliveries. *Solid Wood Table Tops are stacked and not crated.

Consistency: Having perfected table manufacturing of different mediums and complex materials as well as, having precision control of materials, Table Designs ensures that every table top for every order is manufactured exactly the same. In the end, there is absolute consistency from one table top to the other. Sustainability: By virtue of how Table Designs manufactures table tops the final product is Sustainable. Sustainability is often a primary factor when clients are specifying products. One advantage of Table Designs is their use of veneer and other materials which are eco-friendly and provide consistency in manufacturing. With regard to wood table tops, Tables Designs reduces the erosion of natural resources by the use of veneer rather than solid lumber. Additionally, Table Designs production materials are low VOC and also are sustainable. Performance & Durability: Table Designs table tops are produced of the finest materials, built by master craftsmen and finished with either epoxy resin, conversion varnish or are UV cured. Table Designs table tops are moisture resistant and offered with open ore closed grain options. Table Design table tops are built to last and are *resistant to scratches, heat and chemicals. *See finish option page.

6 P 6. FINISH OPTIONS: Table Designs table tops are manufactured for Performance and Durability. Table Designs offer three [3] finish options. 1. Ultra UV Cured - the most durable of all finishes, UV Cured provide years of performance and durability. UV Cured table tops continue to look brand new year-over-year. UV table tops are Scratch, Heat and Chemical Resistant. Additionally, UV table tops will withstand heat up to 186 degrees. The UV finish will not leave Heat-Rings. UV table tops have a standard ultra smooth satin finish. Matte and High Gloss UV finishes are available, minimums will apply. 2. Epoxy Resin - the preferred high-gloss or satin finish for bars and restaurants to showcase logos, artwork, materials, etc. Because Epoxy Resin is moisture resistant the finish will never wear off and the table tops will be in use for years without needing to be refinished. Epoxy Resin table tops have a thick finish coat [.25 thick]. Epoxy Resin will be effected by hot cups and/or plates which will leave Heat-Rings and, scratches will be more evident as they are suspended above the substrate. The Epoxy Resin finish generally go through a wear-in period during which time they receive initial scratches, scuffing and some indentations. Epoxy Resin is available as gloss or satin, the latter may cause some blurring of image detail in the substrate. Please be aware, any objects with a rough or unpolished finish may scratch the surface. 3. Conversion Varnish - an industry standard for wood veneer and solid wood table tops, it is more durable than lacquer and is resistant to moisture, heat and chemicals. The finish is applied by spraying several coats to a finished thickness of 6 thousands of an inch. As it is a thin film finish, heat from moderately hot cups and plates will transfer through to the wood substrate without visibly affecting the finish. While conversion varnish is scratch resistant, the finish will show scratches on darker stained woods. To minimize this effect we apply a satin sheen. Heavy daily use may require refinishing after several years.
