1 NEVAMAR Basic Uses: NEVAMAR brand chemical resistant laminates are manufactured for application to interior horizontal surfaces where a superior wear and chemical resistant surface is required. In addition to providing resistance to chemical spills, it provides excellent resistance to scuff and abrasion. Limitations: High pressure laminates are not recommended for exterior use. NEVAMAR chemical resistant laminate consists of several sheets of phenolic resin saturated kraft paper (the core) covered by a specially formulated chemical resistant resin. These sheets are consolidated under heat and pressure into a thermosetting plastic sheet. Sheets are then sanded and trimmed to ensure proper bonding. 7 LIRI Designed and Manufactured in Italy The LPR high pressure laminate is made with: A core of variable thickness obtained with kraft paper treated with phenolic thermoplastic resins. One or two decorative sides made with cellulose paper impregnated with thermosetting melamine resins, which give the surface resistance typical of laminates. The above are pressed for over an hour at a 100 kg/cm2 pressure and at a temperature on the paper above 130 C.The surface finish is embossed in the laminate through patterned steel press-plates. 605/Burgundy - Esse Polichrome

We offer a fabric sample program designed to help you select the correct fabric for your application every time. By offering fabric samples our customers know exactly what they are getting before they place an order, or spend any money. This helps keep our customers satisfied with their non-returnable, non-exchangeable, nonrefundable by avoiding disappointments as a result of placing an order without first seeing and touching the fabric. There is a small fee + S/H/P per swatch sample due to our incurred cost from our fabric vendors. Fee is determined by the fabric house and fabric type, etc. Our interest is your ultimate satisfaction.
