COIL WINDING There are now thousands of systems that have been manufactured and distributed all over the world with Marsilli coil spindle and flyer winding technology as the core. MOTOR WINDING To support motor manufacturers, who are moving towards a new generation of stators, Marsilli has several different winding methods, such as spindle winding, flyer winding and needle winding for both open and closed stator. WIRE CONNECTION Over the years Marsilli has greatly evolved its Wire connection know-how and much of it has been developed internally thus achieving optimal results both for performance and traceability. AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY Marsilli systems include a huge amount of Automation Technologies, such as parts assembly and handling, loading and unloading operations, transport and testing.

STAND ALONE MACHINES MARSILLI stand alone machines are designed to produce wound components that are suitable for any coil and motor related application. Based on many years of experience, our stand alone machines stand out for their robustness, reliability and versatility. The work cycle can easily be modified, saved and recalled with absolute repeatability of the operations and accurate positioning time after time. SEMI-AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS When production needs do not require completely automatic solutions and one or several operators work on the system, Marsilli can provide a wide range of customized solutions such as small production systems, rotary tables, independent production isles. This choice allows you to achieve a great compromise between investment and production output. LINES AND HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS Over the years MARSILLI has developed a very high level of expertise in the realization of automatic systems for the production of wound components for the coil and motor market. The automation level is determined in relation to production and traceability needs of our clients in order to achieve complete system customization. On board the system the winding station is the main unit and other operating units are developed around it such as preparing, finishing, test and assembly. It is a priority for us to offer assistance to our clients after the system has been delivered. The fundamental purpose is the preservation and efficiency of the machine in time. This allows our systems to last a long time and when needed be reconditioned for a different generation of products. Our personnel are trained internally in order to ensure that the service assistance is carried out by staff who have specific knowledge of the system. That is why we can safely say that they are experts ready to respond promptly and are geographically located in our client s production areas. Marsilli Service can intervene anywhere in the world thanks to its ten different locations and ensure minimum machine downtime and remote on-line 24/7 troubleshooting. From our point of view this is quality indeed. Main Service Dept. Tasks Management of spare parts We manage and guarantee spare parts for a minimum of ten years. But in our Database we keep all kinds of information so that we can help you out for a much longer period thus providing solutions for components which are obsolete. Management of on site visits Whatever kind it may be: from a programmed or emergency on site visit to the optimization of your system, the need to move the system elsewhere or to have specific training our Service Department is on hand to help you. Tele-assistance Tele-assistance is an integral part of the Service Dept. s activities to solve and troubleshoot any issues that might occur and help to guide the operators to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Service contract Our service contract is designed to ensure constant productivity on the system and to maintain its value over time.
