3 ABOUT COMPANY Bekto Precisa" is a family company with decades of business experience in the production of highly sophisticated industrial tools for plastic and non-ferrous metals, combinations of metal-plastic, as well as many products that spraying of plastic which are widely used in many industries and everyday use in life. Initially planned as a small family business, "Bekto Precisa" has grown into a company of European format which covers more than 50,000 square meters, over 300 modern machines and whose factories employ about 500 people. With a fully comprehensive system of production, from an idea to the final product, it has become unique in the entire region of Southeast Europe. Previously having to deal with multiple vendors for certain products, our customers now have everything in one place: quality, fast production and under very favorable conditions. 4 PROJECT IN IMPLEMENTATION: NEW FACTORY GORAŽDE Thanks to rapid development and market demand, BP had to expand the existing production capacity. Construction of a new factory with an area of 85,000 square meters began mid 2013 in the industrial zone in our town, registered under the name of the EBI, which is entirely owned by the Bekto family. So far, we have completed three production halls and the fourth is in the final phase of construction. New production machines have been bought and 60 new workers have already been employed. By the end of the first phase of expansion about 250 workers will be employed and investment in the first phase amounts to 10 million euros. The new plant will produce our current assortment as well as some brand new products for the world market. We already concluded agreements on deliveries to Spain, Mexico and Germany. TOOL WORKSHOP Before beginning of tool production an accurate and detailed design is necessary. Most of our customers require a construction design.

Our constructional tools automatically write programs for our machines that allows us to produce complex tools very precisely. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools.

For production of tools we use the latest technological achievements, which allows better precision and quality of tool production. A 24 hour work schedule of three shifts ensures on time completion.

If the client has his own design it's possible to import the same, work on it and access the tool production. Our constructional tools automatically write programs for our machines that allows us to produce complex tools very precisely. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools. As part of our service and design of products, we provide our customers expert analysis for ideal materials, final processing, prediction and elimination of potential problems. For production of tools we use the latest technological achievements, which allows better precision and quality of tool production. A 24 hour work schedule of three shifts ensures on time completion. In the production of the component, the most important part is tool. Bearing this in mind, every tool is needed to produce the right design using the best standards. The tools are modeled in three dimensions using modern CAD / CAM systems, which allow us to develop 3D data over the 3D structures that control the complete chain of CNC machining - all the way to the final stage. ASSEMBLING AND PRINTING In our assembly plants of over 2,200 square meters, we offer our customers all types of assembling and finishing subassemblies.

There is also assembling with special equipment and machines in ideal conditions. Subassemblies and assemblies for mounting of parts manufactured in our factory as well as parts supplied by the customer or by ourselves as a replacement for the customers. Our assembly department also has multi-colored top machines for printing as well as machines for packing and shipping of the final product. Assembly departments are divided into two sectors: Sector for automated assembly Sector for manual assembly Sector for manual assembly is focused on the demanding assembly projects, where it is necessary to pay attention to the entire business process from the materials input, assembly, checking of quality, final packaging and distribution. Sector for automated assembly uses machines for product assembling, which allows automatic assembly for both larger and smaller amounts. Tampon printing, which we also have, opens up new possibilities and options that are much better and cheaper than conventional printing methods. The average lifespan of the new modern lighting laboratory was estimated at more than 12 years, and energy savings exceeding 60%. In accordance with the policy of reducing global warming and CO2 emissions, this lighting technology is currently ranked best solution in the world. Years of experience in the manufacturing of lighting fixtures in the automotive sector, HELLA is used for the development of street and industrial LED lighting and our joint venture HELLA BEKTO INDUSTRIES is the only manufacturer of lighting throughout the region.
