If e leng of e paper exceeds 5 PAGES, e cost of each EXTRA PAGE is 200 INR. 2.Send e scan copy of signed (for e individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format. 3.All e paper must adhere to IEEE double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format.
