4 With state-of-the-art Danner and Vello drawing processes, our range of glass tubing is particularly suited for vials, cartridges, injectable or drinkable ampoules, disposable medical products and prefilled syringes. Properties include excellent mechanical strength and thermal properties with maximum workability in customer transformation processes. Our proprietary hybrid electric furnaces equipped with key instrumentation and controls provide critical data to ensure melting high quality glass tubing products. Pilot scale test melts or proprietary formulations that meet your needs may be jointly developed. Quality control spans all of our processes: from the batch house, where raw materials are received and mixed; to the melting and forming processes; to tube finishing, packing and warehouse storing. Manufacturing lines are equipped with vision inspection that inspect every tube for cosmetic defects. Our North American and European facilities are ISO Certified. 5 Vials Nipro Tubing Vials offer better shape consistency and stronger thermal shock resistance and a superior cosmetic appearance because of reduced contact with forming tools. We produce our vials from Type I 33 expansion (W33), clear; 51 expansion (NSV), clear; and 54 expansion, amber, glass tubing. The low expansion W33 is a low sodium formulation that is commonly known as Pyrexlike and designated by ASTM as a Class A borosilicate. All of our vials are manufactured with the highest quality standards in our State-of-the-Art vial converting facilities. Our vials manufactured in North America and Europe offer redundant sites to ensure continuity of supply. All vial manufacturing lines are equipped with mechanical vision inspection for dimensional and cosmetic defects. Our North American and European facilities are ISO Certified TWO WAYS TO SELECT YOUR VIAL MODELS : We offer a Standard Products line of vials from 2ml to 50ml. These models have passed the test of time and are regularly produced at our entire vial converting sites with consistency. We also offer the your specific dimensional or cosmetic requirements to build the perfect vial for your need from scratch or as an adaptation of an existing model.
