Expert Role Philosophers Inventors Politicians Biologists Production Crew WAM Making Masks give children plain masks, and ask what impact it has when everyone wears one. Children then decorate masks to represent them. Remove as many learning resources as possible (e.g. stationary, computers, chairs) and ask children how easy it is to cope without Welcome children to WWII classroom, and role-play as teacher: inform children of evacuation plans, and recreate an air raid (hide under desks) Alien visit / landing coming to investigate where life on earth comes from.
