2 Biographie Thierry Rayna est Professeur HDR en économie. Avant son retour en France en 2013, il a passé 10 ans au Royaume-Uni, où il a été en poste, notamment, à l Université de Cambridge, la LSE, UCL et Imperial College (institution à laquelle il est toujours affilié). Sa recherche porte sur les conséquences économiques et managériales des nouvelles technologies, notamment dans les secteurs des industries créatives et culturelles, des médias et des TIC. Ses travaux l ont conduit à jouer un rôle d expert auprès d organisations gouvernementales et internationales, de multinationales et de startups.
