OPIS China Coal Technology & Engineering Group (here-in-after referred to as CCT) has been established for more than 50 years and directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. CCT has untaken most important coal mine development projects in China and become the backbone in the coal industry in China.
